£300 million without moving the sp is a transfer of shares. It means a willing seller and a willing buyer. Can only be an II to II or II to JLP. We will know soon enough.

SLP not reliant on 3rd parties for PGM performance so as usual a spurious comparison with JLP from our popup hero!

I don't see how the company that is buying JLP can have economic interest in shares that it neither owns nor has paid for. So who has it? If it's JLP and they take a cut (75%) of the profits do we have to pay for the maintainance and running costs in the same proportion? We really do need clarification.

Just to correct, we will not be totally dependent on Copper until the last payment for the PGM element has been made. In thefirst instance I think they will only own 25% of the business and we are yet to see what this means for our bottom line.
