Personally I think they should move the listing out of SA along with their business when that is finalised. All shareholdings should be transferred to the UK. That would in itself save money and reduce complication. Perhaps that might be mentioned to the board by someone with a bit of influence.

I don't think you should accept anything 4everlong. I just think all this speculation is not helping. If the results (out soon) confirm your worst concerns then these are things that need to be thrashed out at the AGM or when that is too far away a letter to the board which requires an answer. This is doing nothing but help depress the sp in the meantime. IF that is not your intention ( and some think it is) the please do not keep making the same complaints over and over again. Whatever JLP is doing I'm pretty sure they are not trying to lose production intentionally if that turns out to be the case.

I agree 4everlong, "Debating the pros and cons is healthy" but only when you know exactly what they are which no-one on here really does, even the sainted papaki who again I have no doubt is much better at analysing the technical details around the processes . He speaks as if JLP don't even know how to retrieve the copper when they have been doing it for several years, seemingly sucessfully and profitably. Of course they now have a much more varied resource but I trust them to provide the solutions rather than him to any problems that arise. After all, how much success has he had in any similar projects? Trained as an engineer maybe but working as one?

Just remind me, how many shares do you control here Papaki? Face to face meetings? Did you tout your superior credintials? How could he refuse?

They have been experimenting with different mixes and grades of ore so perhaps that would explain the discepencies.

Whilst large parts of the kit are being built and experimentation is still proceeding on the various ore grades over the vast area that JLP owns everlong I don't see how you can expect business as usual. LWP is due to receive a decision very soon. I know we have all been let down at various stages in the past but the present situation is somewhat different.Re JMK and Slater, you surely cannot think that Slater did not get the full facts before he voted to sell the PGM business do you?

Its not logical chatmandu to assume that JLP knowing that they are not good at producing copper would think that it would be a good idea to sell the business they are good at and bet the farm on failure. I can't see johnnie and Slater going along with it and they have ALL the information. Not just what we mushrooms get.
