I'm not expecting her to say anything directly relating to the UK-RTC because she will be under strict instructions from No.10 that Boris wants that announcement for himself. I suspect the real fireworks will begin today at 5pm with an RNS to co-incide with Boris's press conference. Boris must be itching to give everyone some good news.

An accurate antibody test made by UK manufacturers ready for mass rollout wouldn't half fit the bill.

Woman interviewed was from London University saying that accurate antibody test is critical in the easing of lockdowns worldwide. She also said people would need the antibody test before being vaccinated to check if it's needed.

Exactly what I've been saying all along.

GIZZARD, the news/research coming out of South Korea overnight says that once you've had the virus you can't be re-infected.

This, if true, makes the anti-body test even more desirable and essential because it's a certificate that you are no longer either in danger of getting the virus or passing it on to others.

I can see a situation where people who've tested positive for the antibodies being given a certificate that essentially says you are no longer a danger to anyone else and can go back to work or be around elderly/vulnerable people.

We all know vaccines are expensive. Home testing kits are not - typically £1-10.

Why would you vaccinate somebody without first giving them a quick, cheap thumb prick test to see if you need to administer a very expensive vaccine.

That's the clincher for me. Antibody test first, then vaccinate if test shows negative.

Antibody test isn't life saving. It's an indicative test as to whether a person has been exposed to Coronavirus.

I think there is a possibility that the Govt will ask Omega and the others to sell the kits for cost price but will write them a very large "thank you" cheque for doing so.

PAD004 - I agree with the exception of certain Covid related pharma stocks like Omega (ODX). There really is some coin to be made over there right now.
