With Polo's D4E and other bits probably closer to £1...for what it's worth i don't think we will ever get close despite the value. The answer to your question is simply no one knows…the resource is worth billions, the overburden is worth billions, we have the key to it all. Best case we sell the license and retail a decent percentage, worst case is we get screwed in some way. Could be 10p could be £1…could be more. My hope is that it hits 50p but I have literally no idea at all.

Surely the Bangla people want a credible manifesto pledge. The majority will know that cheaper, reliable electricity, new jobs, etc need a tangible story behind them. The trade off is that Bangladesh needs to exploit it natural resource wealth at the cost of Agricultural land. I don't think the Bangladeshi people will fall for rabbits and hats in a bid to secure their vote, they want change and believable change.

I have been thinking of permutations quite a bit. Someone has been accumulating for some time and without the SoD approval we are effectively worth nothing. Without the MoU the GoB and the Chinese know we can do very little and also know that arbitration costs money, something we don't have. Polo also won't interested in a D4E unless they know there shares will be worth multiples of conversion price. Its been that binary for as long as i can remember....but of course Bangladesh are desperate for Phulbari's value to be unlocked, they played down the SoD earlier this yr saying it needed updating when they know full well its the only deposit with a study complete and ready to go. We hold the key and that key unlocks the lot, question is therefore how much someone is willing to pay for that key?

MoU with PowerChina expires on the 6th so would an RNS next week with an update. There have been happy to extend YoY so wouldn't expect this to be any different, unless the company want to see it as an opportunity to add some uncertainty and drop the price...i still think Polo play a big part in this somewhere.
