Chairmans statement i've ever read, heartfelt, honest...makes a change from the shark infested AIM market i'm currently invested in. If i was a billionaire i'd have bought the company and kept him running it. He has a plan and is addressing the company failures over the last decade. Good luck to all invested...and the company.

Only 50% down now :-) Holding these long term. Hopefully just blue skies now, the prospects are enormous.

Thanks Themis. It pretty much lays out what we are all thinking. For the posters who say "Sell up" or "Move on" etc. I have a dilemma in that i am 70% down on my initial holding. To throw in the towel and sell losing over �4K would be gutting to say the least. I've watched shares in my watchlist fly (some haven't) and missed quite a few opportunities. What people forget is the BOD are playing with retirement funds, savings, or even peoples futures. They need to be held accountable and rewarded with success and not failure. Even a 200% rise on news wouldn't even have me at break even. The BOD need to start earning their inflated wages and stop diluting my investment further until it is worthless.

Dropped already, would have been better if the market had stayed closed. Not worth selling at these prices, bod need to do some positive announcements to get this going again. i need a rise of 200% to break even and some investors need a lot more. I fear a placing is on the cards while the price is so low to get mates rates. This BOD need to justify their salaries. I am so sick of the false promises, fool me for believing them in the first place.

That's due to share consolidation at 50:1 rather than a 50 bag rise. So no change really.

i should have dumped this piece of dog faeces when it was 4p. What news? another placing? another fundraise at mates rates? i'm only at a third of the value of when i bought in. Fool me i know, my fault etc. Just stop the inane ramping about news due soon. If it comes it comes, no one has a crystal ball especially the posters on this BB as they have been saying that for months now.

a deal is on the cards and close. They only needed the latest placing to get it over the line.

I'm not invested in here anymore, got out at +0.43 at a 33% loss, and feel sorry for the investors left behind. It took me ages to sell my small holding as this share is pretty illiquid. My question...how long will it take to churn the placing shares? could it be months? If yes it will mean the share price will stay around this point for the foreseeable future. I'm not sure how it works with placing shares i.e do the MM's give them priority on a sale before PI's? Looking at the placing price, they didn't exactly get a bargain either. They won't make much profit at that price unless they were forward sold. Just pretty new to investing so go easy on replies.

all the confidence here, but if anybody starts mentioning what they will do with their money on an OOC settlement or total settlement, i'll find you....poke you in the eye.....gag you....and lock you in a box until the tribunal comes to a decision. Anyone speculating how much an award will be worth is also banned :-) Counting chickens is a major concern and total KISS OF DEATH. So any mention of speedboats, villas in france, a new blow up doll or new Hornby train set should keep their opinions to their self. I am sure we have a great case, i really do, but let DQ and CC do their job......and let's not Jinx the situation. As i feel that's the way some of the topics are going. Told the Mrs i've lost it, so anything is a bonus :-) Tell the truth, i only left as much in because i wanted it to make a difference (£15K) I would be ecstatic if we were to get a positive result and get what we deserve. Being honest, if we start trading and the SP isnt too low, i may derisk a little, but not much.

Good point, but they are separate entities and two different cases. They do not need to correspond to absolve or support the other. In effect one is a legal issue and the other is Civil so to speak. I'm on your side, but the ICSID don't need to answer those questions regarding the police, they have had the power to make their own conclusions rightly or wrongly in their own eyes.

Unfortunately 'Fair' and 'The law' and 'court cases' never get mentioned in the same sentence. The law is an Ass wether in this country or a foreign land. It is a disgraceful decision. The research and points put forward by Maestro etc. are to be applauded ,However it doesn't matter how much 'evidence' or 'case points' are brought up, the ICSID will have their backs covered from all angles. Judges very rarely go against previous decisions. It was easier to brush us under the carpet than a Country. I'm with Jaf1948 on this one, i agree it is a disgusting decision, i agree there isn't much hope, i agree there is a small miracle and we get a fighting chance. I am invested here, quite a chunk, even getting half back would be like pennies from heaven. I'd even settle for a quarter and thank my lucky stars. Anyway, GLA.

The problem we had was we trusted the BOD to do a good job. These guys will be millionaires, and i don't know one that hasn't left a trail of hardship and destruction in their wake.....not one. They separate themselves from the carnage they cause and focus on 'What's in it for me". If the BOD see this BB they will p!ssing in their pants laughing at us....
