Acuere, thanks for the kind words. I genuinely want you all to do well. I've managed to lump a small amount in another company i think will do well over the next few weeks.
My history is this, and i don't mind sharing, if interested. Found 22k in a pension (that i didn't pay into) which was free money. Ran it up to 29K and thought i was the next Warren Buffet. Started getting clever investing more than i had limited myself in individual companies. Put 20k in CHL which if i got a result would have set me for life. They lost their court case and folded. With the rest i went chasing rainbows on AIM and ran it down to £100.
Only posting this as a lesson to other newbies. It's a stark lesson to spread out your portfolio. And only invest what you are prepared to lose.
The money i'm investing now is money i've earned, so done a lot more homework, and given a lot more thought, even though it's still a punt. I would invest a bit more , but i have a wife who wants to hit me everytime i mention shares and the stock market. Hence the small amount (£500) which she agreed to :-) Really, really wish you all good luck and i'm also wondering if there is anyone on here who still has shares from the 10p days. That would be great if so.

Thanks for that Pumpky. That seems extremely cheap and well priced if that is the case. Especially in this day and age of profiteering by the big pharma. They could wring a little higher price if you ask me. The Amazon delivery driver will be charging more than that.

Not invested but watching with great interest. I love watching people make money, and so glad you all/most have done very well. Couldn't afford to invest when it was at £1.00 and kick myself every morning since then. Quick question, but not sure if it is known, what is the price of a kit, and what is the profit margin. Tried to scan through posts but there are thousands to sift through. Good luck all.

Back in the game with a small investment here. Always thought this company would be a world beater at some point. Anyway, managed to talk the Mrs into letting me throw a little cash at this again after i lost the lot with CHL. This time it's an ISA so tax free. I'm honestly dumbstruck. If you happen to be supporting the BOD, i have a suggestion before watching your money circle the drain then disappear. There is an African prince who emailed me, and wants to use your bank account to deposit $50M dollars and he'll give you 10% for doing so. IMO it's a far better bet and more of a chance of profit than voting Yes and supporting the BOD. Come on guys, wake up and smell the Coffee man!!! Consolidation is to keep the salaries rolling in and NOTHING ELSE!! IMO. For clarity, the African Prince isn't real (sorry), however, vote the wrong way and your money will disappear quicker than Usain Bolt in a 100m final.

Still watching with interest and admiring all the hard work going into this action against the board of scammers (directors). They are acting like a group of internet scammers rather than a highly qualified group of leaders. IMO they would happily take a persons last £20K needed for a sick childs operation without blinking an eye and lose no sleep, as long as it kept them in Champagne for another Month whilst knowing your money was lost. No consideration for PI's at all, not even a passing thought. Apart from now that is. They have NOTHING to offer, either a deal, or a planned way forward to bring value to the company. Salary is the only thing on their mind. If they had anything to offer it would have been revealed long before now. They have NOTHING!!!! Keep up the good work everyone. A few other AIM companies will be watching with interest i'm guessing.

Just wishing you all good luck with your quest for answers and will watch with interest. I sold out at .8p a long time ago after a heavy loss from a 7p spike. This share has been the biggest ever gravy train on AIM for the BOD and they genuinely couldn't give a toss about you, only their £3K week salary. They've kept everyone on the hook with 'There's 5 bio's interested in a deal", "It bloody well works" and plenty of ambiguous statements. HOPE has been everyones downfall and they knew it. The Data is worthless IMO as the Data is from too small a cohort and results were average at best compared to other Bio's trials. Big Pharma wouldn't even look at a cohort so small. Never mind invest or buy. We've been royally mugged with the SP and all they can think of is keeping the Gravy Train rolling in any way they can. It's that bad, that there are very, very few options left open to them. They will use their silver bullet HOPE again to encourage more mugs on board. I genuinely hope you get somewhere guys, and losing what little you have left will be worth it for answers. AIM is legalised criminal at times and should be much better regulated. Surprised this dog turd of a share is still going. Got out a while ago at a loss (like many others). Regardless, the next fund raise and consolidation must be on the cards soon. The BOD here want to keep this gravy train rolling to rinse the last penny salary they can get before it goes belly up. £3K a week per director needs to be got from somewhere, and it aint gonna be from any magical deal people on here are talking about.

Anyone suggesting the BOD should suspend their salaries until they get a deal must be pretty here!! That is how a proper company is run, but not this lot. They are rinsing the company for all it is worth, and will carry on doing so until there's absolutely not a penny left. £3K a week each will drip, drip, drip until it's bankrupt.

shares to invest in. Newbies, under no circumstances think there is a pot of gold here. It is a vehicle to fill the directors pockets with £3K a week wages. Fund raise after fund raise, a drop from 7p to .03p...think about it. I can't believe there are rampers on here when there is absolutely nothing to ramp. Being dragged out for as long as they can get away with it. Beware, your money is at it's highest risk here with no guarantee of any return. IMO.

and they say "Gonna get me some land and grow stuff, get a few chickens" didn't think people were talking about Cannabis. RP only needs the chickens. PMSL. Sounds like a standard progression to me OIL> GAS>WEED. Why don't other oilers do this, makes perfect sense to me.

Placing on it's way. This is a typical RNS before cash call probably about .3p -.35p. Maybe consolidation next. New investors DYOR and read last 2 years RNS. Always looks like a bargain price, always.....just before it drops. I got out at .8p with an 88% loss as i refused to subsidise their over inflated salaries any longer.
Todays RNS is just a repeat of the last few without the promise of "being in further talks". DYOR IMO.

As some may know i sold just before placing, don't worry i wasn't that lucky as my holding was down 88%. The massive dilution is making it harder for you all to hit your total but you seem to be going great guns. Watching with interest and hope you all get somewhere. It's about time the BOD were held to account and wish you all great luck in getting answers. Even though i'm not holding you have my best wishes for what they are worth.

I agree, no way are JD just investing. Why would a company trust a rival and 'invest' in a competitor.

I think i'll cash in what i have left. I think a placing is coming at 0.5, can't see this recovering to anywhere near what i have invested. I don't believe the BOD give two hoots about it either. This so called 'News' should have been announced by now if it had any substance. Good luck to all LTH and newbies who took a punt.

Bluepanther, i really don't care anymore whatever i'm called. All i see is, is false promises that has more than decimated my investment. Which by the way, was made after believing the BOD's words and promises in the RNS's they posted. I was going to sell at 3.5p 50% down, but thought "no, they'll deliver soon" how wrong i was. A huge regret. I should have acted on my gut feeling at the time but didn't. The BOD have no incentive to make a deal anywhere as long as they are picking up 3k a week. Who would give that up until the last minute. And no, the MM's aren't manipulating the SP...it's lack of trust and disdain for the way investors are treat by this shower of BOD's.
I'm not going to finish off with "I hope i'm wrong etc" if a deal comes, as promised, then i'll sell as soon as i think it spikes. However, i seriously doubt that will happen. My prediction is still a fundraise at HUGE discount. Then why don't i sell? before you ask. My holding is pretty much not worth selling by the time you take transaction fees for selling, then buying another share into account. Good luck all.
