The placing price is irrelevant. The dilution percentage is what matters and is under 10% the fact we've added an asset too means the falls should be even less than 10%

The placing itself should have little material effect on the SP, and in fact raise the Mcap as we now have an additional asset. I think the tanking of the SP is more to do with how poorly it was timed and the total disregard for shareholders IMO

Don't know why anyone is surprised that an AIM company would shaft existing shareholders.

The placing price doesn't matter because it'll be churned so quickly. All that matters is the dilution percentage, work out what you think the company is worth now, post-EWT and with 50% of another company and take that percentage off

I'm tempted to pay 1.4.

I anticipate panic selling on the open, bottoming out around mid morning then rise into the close as the placing shares have been burnt off. IMO

If they had done it tomorrow then perhaps they could have done the placing at 4p or so, with a quarter the number of shares.

That said, is there a single company on AIM that cares even slightly about shareholders?

Sell on news would only make sense if buying on rumour preceeded it. Which it didn't really

Ramping is never good because it makes it look like a P&D, how many times have you seen people on AIM claim that a stock will 5/10/1000 bag when in reality the good news has a much more modest effect on the SP
