I think it's very positive that the company want small share holders to know how they can have a say at the AGM and ask a shareholder what they think. I don't think many companies do that.

How do you hold your shares?

If you hold them through a broker or nominee account, it will be the broker/ nominee that go vote on behalf of you.

Would you like a form from the company which you complete and send to the broker/nominee so that you can have your opinions counted at the AGM?
