RE: Slovenia made it an Open ended claim.7 Jun 2022 14:08
Here are two misleading comments from Alwaysup and the tickers,
"First off, AST was not in contract with Slovenia. The contract was / is with GeoEnergo. For a lawsuit to be successful, you must sue the party you have the contract with."
Here what you failed to mention Geoenergo is a subsidiary of Petrol Group which is a state owned Slovenian energy company. Any issues related to a company part of the state is can be bought forward to an arbitration. Even Slovenia didn't dispute this issue.
"Is this statement prepare shareholders for the truth? Why would AST be prepared to accept less that what they believe is owed?"
To negotiate and close deal quickly, any company would take a lot less than the exact value. Why bother with 3-4 years of Arbitration when you can resolve matters within a year.
The issue is no longer what Slovenia requested from AST regarding EIA. They banned fracking in all its form and the recent notice by Ascent lawyers takes fresh matters to the Arbitration. I'm glad they waited as it has only made our case stronger.
Your "Alwaysdown" in all your investments so best to quit the gamble.
