Here are two misleading comments from Alwaysup and the tickers,

Here what you failed to mention Geoenergo is a subsidiary of Petrol Group which is a state owned Slovenian energy company. Any issues related to a company part of the state is can be bought forward to an arbitration. Even Slovenia didn't dispute this issue.

"Is this statement prepare shareholders for the truth? Why would AST be prepared to accept less that what they believe is owed?"

To negotiate and close deal quickly, any company would take a lot less than the exact value. Why bother with 3-4 years of Arbitration when you can resolve matters within a year.

The issue is no longer what Slovenia requested from AST regarding EIA. They banned fracking in all its form and the recent notice by Ascent lawyers takes fresh matters to the Arbitration. I'm glad they waited as it has only made our case stronger.

As yourself what beneficial developments have occurred since the fund raise? As far as the market is concerned, the wells are depleting regardless of the high oil or gas prices. Unless they can get pumps or drill more successful wells, this will just keep dragging. The recent results and market sentiment clearly demonstrated my view above.

That talk of 6p on current BOD performance is a pie in the sky.

Interesting to know why its 2 months extension and not any longer. I do think they expect something positive from Slovenia else why put a time frame. Time will tell and I never keep my hopes high.

O2B - not sure why you and others keep mentioned share buybacks. 10% buyback is only going to increase the share price by 9%, this is waste of money!!! We need this seller gone and good news. Simple as that!

Why would a seller sell in bulk when patient would make him double or triple of his share value?

Seller still active and selling on any good news. This is the problem when you clear debt by shares in issue. People here been banging about this rocket launch share price for many months. Nothing will happen until this seller is gone or has stopped selling.

He will eat into any rise so not sure how many more months this will continue. In my opinion there are better opportunities elsewhere, come back here once sellers intensions are known.

Why is Accrufer placed as the last drug before all others including IV. I thought it is a superior drug to IV as anyone would prefer a pill over IV especially during covid times.

More noise here and constant ramping. It was a bargain at 3p then went down to 2.5p and then all the way to 1.8p. If it hits 1.5p someone lost almost half of his investment. Yet the screams continue with “it’s a bargain” it shows they know nothing !

Lets see the material facts here.
it was over 3p and the seller with millions of shares continues to dump. It was a bargain price accoding to some self-serving individuals.
Went down to 2.5p and rampers on this board continued. Went down to p and it was a bargain again.
Here we are under 1.8p and sellers of all kinds. Again rampers continue to make false case like if the markets doesnt know and they know better.

This was 3p and rampers were shouting its a bargain and undervvalued.
Then came the 2.5p and then 2p and now it seems 1.5p will be there soon. Just ignore their constant hype and ramp!

Its dropping as short term investors dont want to wait it out for next 6 to 12 months.
Also some or most of the investors of the inital placement would sell to lower their exposure.
This is all expected. Patience is required but tomorrow someone else will cry wolf again...Its a repeating cycle.

Those 100K sells are all mine. I bought 400K in ISA so want to sell the loss maker in my dealing account for CGT.
