These shares were up 14p just a few months back. Why didnt you and all the other LTH's who clearly have issues with the current board not sell?

Why dont you raise these questions at the investor event? Its more frustrating seeing the same things being repeated again and again. The new board needs a chance, not sure what you expect when things are out of their control.
Everyone here knew its 50/50 chance of settlement. We lost this round and right after we get all this 5 year old nonsense involving past directors. Had we won Kashdog and team would be like "yeah man, I knew Parson would do it" I mean what pills are you lot on?

150k salary is normal for most AIM listed company directors. Of course I am not happy with it but ask yourself. When you apply for a job would you do it for less if company has no revenue? I would refuse and say I know my worth and can easily get a higher paid job elsewhere.

Good news, finally we are going places

Our case is not complicated 12 to 18 months max I would think. Trust me at this stage I would be happy with 70m payout and leave Slovenia for good!

I know this is bad deal as we spent 50m for project and 20m just counts for damages. Basically even with 70m payout Slovenia takes the whole Petisovci field for FREE. Not going to even mention future gas price, potential or loss of profits!

Slovenia own inland company did the damage report for AST and this is where the 120m assessment comes from.
I bet Slovenia agreed to get this done and didnt think valuation would be that high. All good I think

Funny how Clifford Chance thinks AST case is poor under energy charter but this is the same law firm that failed British company Churchill Mining case against Indonesia. The arbitration court said Churchill Mining failed due diligence when acquiring these licenses. Why didn’t Clifford Chance lawyers see this? Don’t they know what kind of due diligence is expected from an investor?

Like with any law firms they take a ‘Chance’ at a case but their fees are always guaranteed unless no win no fee but even that has strings attached.

To me this is good news and I’m glad their raised a million.
It shows Slovenia even if you walk out we have raised money for initial litigation costs.

We are all waiting for the Slovenia outcome which would be the only source of income for this AST to grow, this is no longer the case.

The new venture announced today could help start something in short term and getting revenue from the wells in March which is much needed.

Imagine if news had dropped saying parties have walked away and AST is going ahead with litigation.
The share price would crash and money being raised would be at huge discount due to risk involved, also they won’t have any projects to look forward to until this matter is resolved which could take years.
