It means they have no efficacy data at higher dosing levels, whereas they already do with the minimum dose level. This was all laid out in the trial design before anyone was injected, I suggest you read it because you keep harping on about roadmaps yet clearly haven't bothered to understand how the trial is setup and will proceed.

Why is this 141 mistake spouting about dose escalation like there's a question mark over it? The next adult cohort will receive a higher dose than the last, why is this tricky or being treated like anything other than clear and known information?

I can confirm what pwil mentioned, I took part in the private placing. When it was agreed, we were paying a premium of around 20%....then the share price began it's slow step up and went far on past the agreed price.

I have shares below and above this price already too from open market and otherwise.

Not really lostabrain. Even now at 10% down, buys are still outstripping the selling.

These shares will be hoovered up. And more to the point, the SP is up what 4quid in under two weeks?

MrJinx, I don't think any insane RNS is needed really. This was the equivalent of £24 when the FDA hold was lifted, pushed on above that briefly and that was with the city boys knowing they had them by the clangers on funding.

Look at the progress that has been made now, we should be comfortably above it.
