Notposting, another key part you omit is the fact that money is needed to pay for the trial throughout the year. If Vlad chooses to go dark and delay the trial at any point, the funding requirements and/or burn rate are not the same.

So things aren't remotely that stark. In fact, most of us LTH eagerly await the next news cycle as it's going to be immense for progress of the trial and suitable candidates as a whole.

I'll add external funding from grants, once we get pediatrics unlocked, there's a lot of money to be offered hemos way. I heard murmurs of MDA encouraging them to apply for their own funding. That said, I cannot prove this is a fact, just a rumour.
