For the trolls, can you point me to any AML treatment where the patient has been alive and without complications 12months later as patient 1 will be in February 2026?

Two weeks from passing the median survival rate of all other treatments, on track to be known as a curative therapy.

Three weeks away from P2 passing six months with a high possibility of the FDA stepping in and designating HG-CT-1 as a breakthrough therapy, leading to a potential fast track through to Phase 3 or even commercial.

Approval imminent from the Data Safety Monitoring Board for dose escalation of P4.

Faster, more efficient and cost effective manufacturing using Grex and contract manufacturing with Made Scientific ready to go.

Master Service Agreement to be signed with Cellin for movement to first commercial revenue in Estonia.

ASH submission from MDA/Hemogenyx.

Movement on CBR with potential partnership not long after BMS pay $1.5bn for a similar platform.

The future looks very bright and promising to me.

Pediatrics expansion is enormous, this opens up so much more in terms of funding options not to mention the value proposition.

In pediatrics, CAR-T tends to be better tolerated too. I wonder how many of the kids lucky enough to take part in the trial will have no detectable signs of cancer like P3?

How about patient 1 still being alive over six months post treatment and not requiring further intervention? How about patient 3 having no detectable AML cells within just 28 days?

Just over 3p, so nowhere near where we should be based on scientific progress and that of the trial!

Agree with JHFH, nothing to be done, my targets haven't changed and recent news has only made them more likely as I wasn't expecting anything like Estonia which is awesome.

First pediatric patient incoming...who tend to respond even better than adults to CAR-T treatments and adult 4 coming soon at the new dosing level.

I wonder if they know patient one is still alive and well 7 months later..

Any new investors here I would encourage you to ask, is this company going to be more valuable when it proceeds to the fourth adult patient and also the first paediatric patient or less valuable?

My bet is it'll at least double from this point, I'm expecting much more. Good luck all

Aside from the required reporting of such events one thing worth remembering when thinking about P1 and P2 is that relapse risk in AML is very front-loaded. If a patient is going to relapse after achieving remission, it almost always happens in the first few weeks or months – because any surviving leukaemic progenitor cells will start repopulating the marrow very quickly. The fact that P1 is now more than six months post-HEMO-CAR-T and P2 is four months out with no relapse is hugely encouraging. Each extra month in remission actually makes it less likely that they will relapse, not more likely.

This is because CAR-T can generate memory T-cells that continue to patrol for any stray leukaemic cells. The longer a patient stays MRD-negative, the more evidence we have that either there are no leukaemic stem cells left or that the immune system is successfully keeping them in check. That’s why survival curves for CAR-T therapies flatten out over time – once you get past the early risk window you often see a “tail of the curve” where most patients stay in long-term remission and may effectively be cured.

So when you see P1 at 6+ months and P2 at 4+ months, it’s not just good news – it actually becomes increasingly powerful evidence that HEMO-CAR-T is doing more than just bridging to transplant. It’s showing the potential for durable, possibly curative remissions in FLT3+ r/r AML without HSCT.

Quite alarming how many have traded this not realising the implications of this. Vlad has told us they have removed any trace on AML in patient 3 within 28 days!? This is the stuff of miracles, the man is a genius!

Yet people trading and concerned about a placing....how many million do we have banked? What is our burn rate cut to? Is Vlad having lunch with one Saudi prince tomorrow or is it multiple?

Have you seen who attends? Going off the website is the dumbest thing I've heard
