The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I have never been through the delist scenario so you're right, I have no idea and figured as it was a topic of conversation it'd be fair to ask for the cliff notes. I can do my own research, it'll just take me a little longer, thanks stu for giving something to dive into here
What is actually due to happen here? I made the mistake of investing at 10 times the current share price. I assumed I'd basically set fire to the money at this point.
It seems the share is still doing the same thing as several years ago when I first invested i.e. on the cusp of starting to do anything
Same boat as you oz. I'm not particularly worried, this is going to go up on news but 6p wasn't my target. On reflection, it would have been nice to sell everything and then hoover it up again at today's prices lol
Can someone explain this to me? I'm by no means an expert but keen to learn and understand.
As I see it, just over a month ago, this share was holding around a steady 4p. The expecting CH lift RNS occurred and it spiked to 7p, quickly coming back down around 4p and some spiking on the further CBR RNS.
After that is dived, simply due to funding questions? Then it appeared there was a placing leak, followed by a 2p placing and we find ourselves at 1.8p.
So funding questions have been answered by the raise for at least 9months or so, not in a way we like but it's done.
From the above, we can conclude fair value is around 4p and if that has devalued 15%, we can say 3.4p is in theory fair value.
This is theory, not reality so it won't be quite that exact. But can someone tell me if there's much beyond that going on? Because I don't get how this is 1.8p given all the recent events
Thanks for sharing. Interesting considering the last few weeks should have involved no work related to the hold.
Agree on not being able to blame some people, I think the price action is a direct result of the shenanigans with the prevail rns followed up by money raising RNs last time
I'm in the same boat, believe long term but don't see it moving for a while yet and need to get busy before the end of the tax year, going to take out about 25k and leave 25k in if I can afford it, bought at 2p so slight profit on this lot.....better than the buys at 11p lol!
Odd to see it red today, I was expecting it to trickle up to deadline day then positive news, a tiny extension.
Seems general sentiment is fairly negative but I'm hopeful, the extension was tiny so cannot imagine they'd be asking for another or walking away from their deposit
