Usually, it's simply not worth the time trying 'work out' why a share is moving sharply lower or sharply higher. These are the dark arts of the Market Makers at work! They move these shares around for all sorts of reasons.

'Stop Hunting', 'Forward Trading', manipulating to a lower price, in order to fill a large order on the book, placing fake buy/sell trades on L2 etc. with absolutely no intention of ever filling them - but these things move share prices folks, as Private Investors think 'that something must be about to happen'!! The market moves accordingly, their work is done and suddenly those orders simply disappear - but without having been executed!! It's all hugely manipulated but the MM's have to make a living; poor soles!! It's all (just about!) legal too and goes on day in, day out. . .!!

As long as it hits my projected £8 in twelve months, then quite frankly, I don't care what games they decide to play! ATB

Well, I am personally always brutally honest about companies that I am invested in, as NO company is blemish free and 100% perfect (and I do include Ocado in that by the way). That said, I have a personal Target (Exit) Price of £8 by this time next year. I see no reason why, in the next twelve months, Ocado cannot double in price.

Personally I didn't for one minute think that there would be an SMR announcement today. This Government couldn't possibly make a huge decision like that, so soon after being elected. We will be lucky if it even happens in 2024! Who the hell voted for them?! SMR's are the way forward. They are the future. What part of that does Ed Miliband not see? Curious to say the very least. It's going to be very slow-going here today. . .ATB

Well, I don't think any of us can have any problems with todays' performance. RR has outclassed most others, in the main market. Tomorrow is another day, but I for one do not expect to hear anything about SMR's; at least nothing meaningful even if they are mentioned. I simply do not think that the Labour Government are capable of making such major decisions so quickly. Let's face it, "Same Circus - Different Clowns"!! Good evening folks. . .ATB

Crazy! That's a Day High - to a [current] Day Low swing, of 65 points. All since 12:40pm. Wow, you simply cannot 'assume' anything at all, at any time of the day, in this Market.

The Market is being strangled by all of uncertainty in the world at the moment. That said, it's not done too badly thus far in 2024 (currently up 7.63% YTD). But yes, it's hyper-sensitive to anything remotely negative at present.

Good Grief - down from 8,332 to 8,289 in about one & a half hours! The Markets are so fickle at the moment; up, down & generally all over the place it seems. In RR's case, for no one specific reason, in my opinion. Twitchy fingers out there.

I cannot believe that this has remained above £1; it's a terrible vanity project, gone horribly wrong! It is going to go sub £1 for sure. What a shocker.
