Not sure if you were meaning this, but I'll just post it anyway: If you have made losses, then you can off-set them against any gains, thus enabling you to make more profits but pay less tax. BUT you MUST have registered those losses with HMRC at the end of each of those Tax Years. If you have not done this, then any back-dated off-setting, will not be permitted by HMRC. ATB 🫡

Tjblowhard - any shares that you sell within your ISA will NOT be subject to tax. Outside of your ISA and you WILL be taxed at your (threshold) rate, following your annual allowances. However, you will enjoy tax relief, of course, if you then elect to invest in your pension; so it is quite a canny way of 'recouping' some of that tax that you will have paid. This it seems to me is a very insecure Board. People posting exactly the same thing many many times over. Just wait and see what happens as the rest is 100% pure guesswork; including what the PPP valuation 'will be' - 'might be' - 'could be' - 'should be'. Blah blah blah. Wait and see, as things will almost certainly be different to what you are expecting. It's The Stock Market and it LOVES surprises! PPP could fly and it could tank. Seen it happen SO many times before, to 'seemingly' 100% Slam Dunk companies. . . ATB

Lessons to be learned here. Never be complacent as to where a share price might go to as anything can happen. Don't waste your life trying to second-guess it every day. To be frank, you have all been badly let down here, by Poppy, who 100% renaged on what she said (staying in London on the LSE). Now she walks away with millions - and you good folk? Many here are left with huge losses (a LOT of people bought above £6). You'll get your cash next month. . . .ATB 🫡

OMG 266 posts in 30 days ramping the hell out of this share. No wonder people come on here with contrarian views. Jeez this board needs a bit of balance to it. Why do small-cap penny shares attract such one-sided bias? Are you paid by the day or by the post? This 'should' do well but it's a penny share for heaven's sake; anything 'can' happen, so please can you stop making out that it's a 100%, dead-cert, slam-dunk, money making, huge profits, life-changing machine! This many posts attracts attention, for all the wrong reasons; as it shouldn't need this much work!! You're trying way too hard here. Please, just give it a rest with your daily (and hugely repetitive) predictions and let's just see what happens. . . .

Best not to put anyone down for having an opinion, as everyone is right and everyone is wrong. Anything could happen here. It is not a slam-dunk, as no share is. Be prepared for some serious volatility I 'suspect'. But take all views into account, not just the super rose-tinted ones! I will pop Tiger into the filter box, as I find him far too Rampey/'life changing money' for my palate. It's NEVER that easy because if it really was, then the likes of JPMorgan, Goldman Sacchs, Berenberg etc. would all have piled in here - big time. . .we will see what happens.

It's not an 'investment' ZagEgypt, it's a punt! I'm 'invested' in companies like Rolls Royce, which have provided me with fabulous returns over the last two years. I stick, pretty much, to the large FTSE companies, as the penny share brigade have let me down SO often. For me, Penny shares are just a bit of fun/punt money (£3,500 in this case), so it's no big deal either way. Different strokes, for different folks, but certainly nothing 'strange' about it at all. Mattk6 I agree and am also a shareholder here. BUT I do not think that this will rise anything like what others are thinking. Frankly, it could fall by quite a lot, if and when it returns. It's a penny share and they almost always disappoint. Sadly, I feel that PPP may let a lot of people down as these types of company so often do. I have only invested what I can afford to, lose but I'm not holding out for anything particularly rosy here. It's all a bit amateurish and penny-share like, as you say. If it makes it to 15p I'll happily sell, as I'm not in anyway 'emotionally attached' to this company. . . .ATB 🫣

Boards like these (and especially when it comes to penny shares like PPP) are just like the media. Full of totally fabricated news, dressed up as fact. Nobody has a clue what will happen here or if the Accounts have been finalised.

Best only to take note of RNS's, as they WILL be factual; the rest is purely entertainment - just like the British media. ATB

Tiger there is only one problem with investing in a company because it has just 110.3million shares in issue. It's this: In a years' time, that may be 200million! You never know when we might get diluted (with a raise to take advantage of a share price spike for example). . . ATB 🫡

Lengthy suspensions such as this (and previous) do tend to have a 'reputational damage' knock-on effect.

PPP is being rather naive by maintaining its amateurish radio silence. It's just never a good look and especially so, when it comes to a small-cap penny share such as this. It's pretty poor to be frank.

You play with small-cap penny shares and you almost always lose.

It's a Casino not an Investment - you pays your money and you takes your chances.
