QANTAS - they will walk this down to below £2. Ocados' share price looks exceptionally vulnerable now, I'm afraid. Looks to have £1 something, all over it. The 'technicals' are also looking horrid.

Tebbin - no disrespect to you or malice meant, but submitting Accounts for a company of this (very small) size does NOT take this long. I have my own Ltd Company (in business for 23 financial years to date; so 23 sets of Accounts submitted to Companies House), so I do have a very good idea as to what the external Accountants require from us - and how long they then take to prepare, sign-off and submit. This is 100% an amateurish shambles. . .

Yes, you can but you must have formally reported it to HMRC in that years' Tax Return. If you didn't then you can't off-set it. And yes, HMRC will know about any sells you make, so do declare them!!
