For me, this has been an absolutely outrageous response to the results. No, they were not great, I grant you; but this -21% slump, has been totally over the top. I now wonder how many big players got in on the act today?

Kieran2004 - I paid £2.29p last week because I was convinced that the price had been heavily manipulated down, in order to fulfill the Warby Ltd purchase of 100,000 shares. Nothing at all has changed my view on that. It's a bit dodgy, but it goes on so often, that there is very little that can be done about it.

So, now that the market Makers have got the deal away and Warby Ltd have their 100,000 shares at their desired price, they simply walk it back up. Nice and ordered with nothing to see!

Simple as that. Just one of many ways, that the Market Makers fill their orders and execute their deals.

Look to be a very mixed bag , obviously starting with a loss of £103.8m. Decent rise to 13.4% CET1 ratio, but that's after the sale of the Asset Mgt arm. So, personally I have no idea which way this will go - but it 100% will not be sideways. Big rise - or a big fall, on the cards?

Yes, the graph for Ocado looks grim over the last 5 years, but it's nothing in comparison to ASOS - which has now fallen to £2.40 (in three and a half years) from £60!!

Yesterday, it had another Broker downgrade and a new Target Price of just £2 too. Retailers took an absolute hammering yesterday. . . . 😲

Fidelity obviously got 'the nod', in advance, of tomorrows results. . . .as per usual for the Big Boys. Still suits us too though.

Could well be a Results leak; let's not bother calling a plumber, on this occasion though. . . .

Daltry - yes, for me it won't be about the numbers, but more about 'reading between the lines' on the day. Just depends on how they 'couch' certain parts of the narrative, as opposed to the actual numbers which 'shouldn't' have any material surprises. That may be more what the Market will be looking at, but that's just my hunch!

Tomorrow is just too close to call in my opinion - and the Market 'seems' to be thinking the same way, given todays' movements thus far.

Really hard to know what the content of tomorrows' results RNS will be like.

No idea which way this will go myself, so it will be fingers firmly crossed at 7am tomorrow morning!

Affrm, a good and decent post, thank you. Yes, this was a 'punt' for me and I have always been really clear on that here, as I have been burnt on penny share 'oilies' before. BUT I hope that it does well, as there are a fair few folk here, who have invested pretty heavily in PPP, I do appreciate. I just got lucky with RR that's all; but sometimes fortune favours, and all that. But yes, I got lucky with RR.

Anyway, with regard to PPP - we can but hope for a good outcome. I appreciate your well mannered post though and to be fair to you - you are always courteous here, despite some pretty unsavoury abuse. ATB

It's going to get a bit more difficult to day trade this from here I suspect. But there are many routes to making money out of this share, and that strategy of yours Desertboy, is as viable as any other in my opinion. Personally, I don't mind what people do if it makes them money, then well done them! Long, Short or Short term Trader. If it drops, then I will buy into it and average down from £2.29. I'd like to 'think' that I am pretty well placed at this point. Then again, this is Ocado so gawd knows what will happen! Good luck to all - whatever your approach is 😀

Dealer - not acceptable. I bought 20,000 shares, as I said at £1.12p. At £4.37 I freaked and sold (we're all human). However, I saw how it was moving and I then bought back in at £4.77, but just 5,000 shares this time.

Sorry, but just 'no'. It's not right to put people down as you have just done. It's one of only four or five shares in my life, where I have made really good money. But 'no', some bitter old fart like you, has to put me down and make out that I am lying. Well I am NOT lying. However, with regard to PPP - I will sell this just as soon as it comes back - 'if' it comes back.
