I 100% agree, but I'm not sure that anyone is trying to predict a price going forwards. Folk are just commenting on its movements as they happen. This is Ocado so yes, absolutely anything 'could' happen.

But, like any Equity Investment, you make your own mind up, then ignore everyone else on Boards like this, as nobody 'knows' anything, at the end of the day.

Breakofdawn - being honest, nobody can really ever know, as it's smoke and mirrors a lot of the time. There are just SO many dark arts that go on each and every trading day. Driving the price down to fill a large order, to then bring it back up. Spoofing the Market to shake out weak holders to gain needed shares (Tree Shake). Market manipulation is rife, despite what some purists might think! I actually bought into it at 82p on Friday, to further increase my holding and average down even more. I just felt that it was being manipulated at that very point. I have bought three times during this turmoil, so I am hoping that my courage pays off!!

In my opinion m007j, Trump 'blinked' first because he and his cronies had achieved their goals by manipulating the prices of Crypto right down; to then buy it back at much reduced prices. He is literally monetising politics. Total manipulation at the normal person on the streets' expense. He wants the US to be the Capitol of crypto - well he is now well on his way as his government are buying a LOT of it. He also knew that China would not capitulate, as they don't need to. The US accounts for only a (relatively) small percentage of Chinas' exports (just over 14.7% last year and down from over 19.2% in 2018%). Or to put it another way, just 2% of China's GDP.

So, he HAD to blink first! the total moron that he is! China were never going to step back. It's not how China operates! 🫡

No doubt about it, in my opinion. Drive the prices of Equities, Bitcoin, Oil etc. etc. down down down - then reverse your decision, having heavily bought in and make yourselves $Billions and $Billions and $Billions.
