No. They have been using that 'language' since day dot. They are keen not to get on the wrong side of the FDA that's all. Perhaps what people might wish to ponder is why there has been no RNS saying that 'the Board know of no reason as to yesterday's huge up-swing in share price'. Nothing. This, therefore, suggests 'something' to me. . .

This rise was always looking highly likely and now we finally have our break out. Looking strong for the £1.40p first stop in due course; but for now, it's slow and steady, as I'm personally in no rush! Great stuff. ATB

Well, there ‘could’ be a good profit in it, but if I were buying more then personally I’d be waiting on the finance RNS as it will have to be discounted from today’s price to get it away. Just my opinion, but I’d wait for now and maybe pick them up at 5p? Boom or Bust really, so you ‘could’ make a load, but at 5p maybe you stand to lose a lot less! ATB

Yes with my ultra pragmatic hat on but 'if' they can get a cash raise away for, say 4 or 5p, then they have a much more solid financial floor and then it goes up to 50/50 possibly 60/40 (which right now is not that bad!). It only takes small things to move it, but right now, today, the share price says it all I guess. At least the bottom graders have b*****d off though, so that makes for a better, more informed board again. ATB

well, folk differ on this one but, if I am being honest, then the risk factor for me has risen dramatically from one week ago. I had it at 80/20 'in favour' (pre RNS). This I would pretty much reverse out now; maybe 70/30 if being generous. The raising of capital I suspect will also be very tricky unless they offer a nasty discount which 'could' even be as low as 4p (from today's current price). BUT then that's our new floor I guess, so maybe onwards and upwards from there?! It's a bit of a mess and that CC yesterday did nothing to assist. Their tone was just awful. It's a lottery pretty much with too much up in the air. I have been taught a very nasty lesson here for sure but what is done is done; so I just have to earn more fees from here! And guess who I will be earning them from? Yes, you guessed it - amongst others, Invesco!! You couldn't make this nightmare comedy up!

Truth is nobody knows. It’s going to come down, in no small part, to sentiment and reputational damage. At this stage, we just don’t know how much ‘reputational damage’ has actually been done. Just got to sit it out and ‘wait patiently’. Dejavu or what?!

Kettle, for me it wasn’t really about the ‘content’, it was all about ‘tone and pitch’ which, for me at least, was particularly poor. He needed to ‘sound’ much more upbeat and energised; this, he did not.

Yes grant you that. BUT! He is the CEO here and he has to show more leadership; now of all times. Churchill didn’t get it all right, but he NEVER allowed himself to sound ‘down’. As a leader you just can’t. It’s where you earn your stripes.....well pips and crowns. GL MUST show his leadership, if this is to be his “finest hour”.

nice post pebsi. On another point - I thought that Graham Lumsden was truly awful today. By far the worst that I have ever listened to. He was like a child throwing all of his toys out of the pram. He bordered on utterly disinterested - well, put it this way, he certainly didn't want to be doing that Conference Call, that much was clear! Tough s**t pal, you have to earn your monster salary. . . .

It's got some huge hurdles to overcome now including a cash call. Nearly 21 million shares being sold in a day will need to stop too. It's a long haul back to 30p from here; I suspect only approval will achieve that (and then much more). Many won't be sticking around that long though! It's down to new investors now and they will need to be the sticky variety to stop the huge daily sell volumes.....ATB

can't see that at all here now. You'll need very big % swings now for the Traders to make any money at all. The 'Spread' here alone will prevent it. Just my guess, but those days are done here until some very major event occurs!! Flat lining at best.

Here is something to chew on. Why on earth is the FDA the sole Judge and Jury here? This should, and all others come to that, be subject to a second body scrutinising it. It is ridiculous that there are not, at least two totally separate organisations, that look over the same documentation and come up with their own views. Is there a Jury of ONE in a Court case? Of course not. The FDA have WAY too much power. The egos in that building must be off the scale.
