Over the last four years. I feel it best we try to keep it that way guys. It’s been a tough week but there is ‘value’ here in keeping things civil and considered. After Thursday and Friday’s horrendous day traders postings here, there is something to be said for posting on a Saturday evening!!

Don’t worry, it’s just that emotions are running a little high at present, with many having lost large sums of money here this week. ATB

All comments welcome, but NO, the Institutions will NOT have seen the CRL. I know that to be so, sorry. I work very closely, every working day, with both M&G and Invesco, as it happens; they will NOT have seen anything. They sold a chunk of shares to cover their Fund Valuations. End of.

OK so 600 is very meaningful. Sadly, this leaves me even more perplexed. I wonder if it is actually something more than just this that the FDA, in their infinite wisdom, deemed unfit for purpose. I am just so perplexed by this and the Stock Market’s reaction. I mean to open at 8am down 86% has to be some kind of record. I certainly have NEVER ever seen it before; not on Market opening. It is savage and deeply unjust in my (now financially poorer) opinion. I suspect that I am still in shock; it will take a few weeks to ‘get over’ - but get over it I will, as I’m a stubborn and (too) proud sod!! ATB

Ivy was this not an issue previously? If so, why do you think, that MTFB conducted the trials on such a small number of patients when this was clearly going to be such a big part of potential Acceptance? Not rhetorical, as I genuinely don’t know!

Hi Ivy. What a week that was. I remember saying all along, that we would either make a lot or lose the lot! Prophetic or what!? Sadly, it proved to be the latter and we have lost a bundle. But our lives go on and we can ride it. Not sure what will happen now but will, like you, just watch and wait. I’m not inclined to invest further, unless I see a sensible and steady rise. The chances of that however are slim, with all the traders here constantly selling and making sure that the share price does not go up for more than an hour! Will wait and watch but stay in touch....have a good weekend if you can. ATVB.

You still here or have you called it quits!?

The issue here is we have seen about 25% gained and lost today alone. Buy it and hold it and up we go; and we stay up. If you don't then we will here or lower. Traders create all the volatility. We have lost 25% of gains in one morning; smart? Maybe. Maybe not! The more it is done the more 'uninvestable' the company becomes and then you get zero (serioys) sticky investors. Choices, choices.

and phase three. Everything passed with absolute ease. This whole thing is a mystery. Maybe the (FDA) US just don't want a British company in this space? Nothing adds up here. Maybe just not a good enough submission by Lumsden and his team? May be something as silly as that.

MTFB feels like it has turned from a company with serious investors, who did their research, into a short term traders casino. No offence, I might point out, as those of us who did actually do the research, clearly got most of it wrong! But the traders will kill this going forwards, unless we attract sticky investors, who are investing here rather than trading/gambling. . . ps I still remain very much not a fan of Mr Lumsden, as long term holders will testify too. He troubled me from the off; so I got that bit right if nothing else!

Anyway, I must go now as Mrs Sheltie arrives home very shortly. Wish me luck. Champagne..check. Flowers...check. Balls...check (for now at least).
