100% agreee. This is not a Slam Dunk(erton!) by any stretch and literally anything 'could' happen, including nothing! So, only put money on the table that you can afford to lose. It's weighted in our favour, but a 60/40 in my opinion, so plenty of downside risk still lurks. But life is for the living eh!? Big news to come, hopefully next week . . . .fingers crossed we get the offer we are hoping for. ATB 🤠 🤑

Patiencemyfriend - As much as it looks like there's nothing left in terms of uplift. There really is. If you shoot for £4 as an exit figure, then that still leaves plenty of upside to turn in a good profit. OK so it's not going to be quite what we have enjoyed since early 2023 but still, it's better than a poke in the eye. (and I am shooting at £4 as a conservative and very realistic figure). Go for it I'd say....... ATB

'realistically' - next weeks onwards . . . in other words, any time in that three remaining weeks of March. Conceivably, it could even come down to the penultimate or last day, as these things so often do. Mind games in the City etc. etc. etc.

People may not intentionally make stuff up here, but there are some very vivid imaginations as to what they 'think' is going to happen! Let's just say that. Some of the stuff being written here is total guesswork at best; shameless excitable ramping at worst. So, maybe stop guessing and wait and see what happens. Nobody is going to rush into making a decision here, least of all JD. It's a big call buying Superdry; so much thought over many more days will go into it, before anything happens (if anything happens, of course). . . ATB

The market is strangling the life out of this share. It's making it massively undesirable for anyone to buy into - dividend included. Heaven knows where this share price retreat will end up. Sub 40p - but how sub?!

Exactly, this is being massively played by the MM's. The percentage swings in just fifteen minutes, are so ridiculous, that you would swear blind, that this was a Mickey Mouse AIM listed company. Total guess-work as to where this might be on Friday!

Well, trading resistance has been blown away - so, technically £3.25p should now be up for grabs.

Why do people talk about 'today' all the time? This can easily be 30p by Friday, who knows.

Timing isn't always about 'today' unless you are a day trader, in which case, yes 'timing' is super important.

Otherwise, buy today and you may well have paid too much come Friday . . . #justsaying

Suspect that you will have over-paid by tomorrow Munichmann. I would remove your auto buy orders; at this time of day it's plain crazy as they can see them and they will shaft you. . . currently selling at 35.86p!

Here's that slow drift backwards that I mentioned would happen yesterday, before anything concrete is announced (either way). Always happens, so if you are looking to buy or top-up....wait a few days I'd suggest. I'm looking at 32/33 but we shall see. Oh and don't buy in the first 30 minutes - you'll lose 80% of the time!!

Brixton - 50p by the end of the year would be 'good', let alone by Friday. But, sadly, I don't see either happening.

In the meantime, you can expect them to slowly pull this back, until such time as a bid materialises (assuming there is one, of course). Plenty of buying opportunities will present themselves this week; and my bet is, at lower prices than todays' close. Buy-in and averaging-down options are therefore, likely, following todays' movements. This post may not suit the "it's going to the moon" brigade, but sadly, I talk from bitter experience! The Institutions were buying last week. That said, not exactly in huge quantities. Let's face it, a million shares by LGIM and Blackrock's standards, at let's say 30p a share, is a very small spend.
