I personally have a decent holding here Sianna and am holding tight for news. I contacted Paul and he said that any questions shareholders have will be answered in the next Q&As. Patience is needed I think while we wait for the prospectus, but selling at a loss isn't the way to make money. This is a nanocap company and moves very quickly on little volume, I am a little underwater like many here but I do believe that Paul and Matt Clare will create a large amount of value here given their experience in the space. The energy market is in a huge transition period and flexible energy is crucial for the move towards net zero. Matt Clare recently did a Webinar with Centrica, a multi billion market cap company and one of Arlington Energy's partners - I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, I think this bodes well for Dukemount.

Yet another 2021 Immunology Paper which details Tranilast as a potential treatment for patients with the acute form of COVID-19.
Inhaled Tranilast is Nuformix's lead asset (NXP002) for the treatment of IPF. I found this link to Tranilast as a potential Covid treatment interesting.
Have a great weekend all.

Just found this 2021 paper which says that Tranilast is being studied as a potential treatment for COVID-19 in China. As we know, inhaled Tranilast is one of the key drugs that Nuformix are repurposing (NXP002).
You can see Tranilast referenced in the 'Treatment Options' section of the paper below:

Indeed GBP does seem rather cheap/undervalued to me in comparison to peers & considering the below:
- Cash position vs mcap ~£2m vs ~£4m
- Threefold increase of prospective resources to 2,284 million barrels of oil net to Global (from most recent RNS)
- Farm out process initiated and ongoing (From RNS)
- Brent flying @ $85 a barrel
- Risked NAV of $25.5m and Unrisked NAV of $244.1m (Jan 21 - Source Panmure)
- Significantly higher net resources (mm bbl) than many pure exploration peers at a lower Mcap.
I have been adding a few decent chunks over the past few days as feel this is due a strong move once the block seller is done.

Yes based on mathematics it is undervalued, the 'why' or 'reason' among many things could be market inefficiency, driven by fear, confusion or another combination of factors. Based purely on price to cashflow ratio (just one metric we could use to value a company like ECHO) there is a clear disconnect in the company's current valuation...cashflow is almost equal to the current market capitalisation of the company which suggests to me that it is on sale at a significant discount the minute. This is the reason I have been loading up.
Revenue of US $11.1 million in 2020 alone with commodity prices increasing further against a market cap of £7.5m tells you all you need to know...how we're back at these levels is beyond me.
Anyway...GLA and DYOR as always.
This seems ridiculously undervalued compared to peers producing similar BOE/d.
£8m cap for a producer averaging 1500+ boe/d, really?
Some oil & gas producers with similar figures are trading at £20-75m+ caps...others have never produced any oil at all and are valued higher than us.
Decent update today, I have been building a nice position here as I feel there is significant upside from these levels.

Here are my reasons for investing in SEED:
- You can currently buy SEED at more than 30% discount to NAV per share.
- It seems highly likely that SEED will be getting Inveniam shares at a time where crypto is on a massive run.
- Leap constantly making doing new deals and growing in value (we own ~43%).
- Other exciting Liquidity events in the Pipeline, SWB, Northern Leaf, Yooma just listed etc. The PF is stacked...LGP....Vemo also flying.
So to sum up:
- We have some potentially very good EARLY information regarding Inveniam, SEED have even tweeted about the acquisition of Factom recently (hint hint).
- NAV is growing and the gap between the SP and NAV per share is widening.
- Ed has said himself in various interviews that 8p is a gift.
- Logically, even putting aside sales pitches, ramping, PR or emotion, it is possible to prove mathematically that SEED is significantly undervalued based on NAV per share.
- We can prove rationally why we have an edge through this mispricing and through information arbitrage. (Many seem unaware about Inveniam, but i'm sure we will get some kind of update soon)

Aeristech has been named as one of the ‘key players’ Globally in the Automotive Supercharger market alongside names such as Porsche. SNT recently announced that they had invested £100,000 in Aeristech in a pre-IPO funding round. Sounds like a very promising and innovative company to me and welcome news. Full article linked below:
