That was never the guidance so I would have thought it unlikely. They are both independent processes so it's not impossible one could arrive late and the other early. However I think even if that happened they wouldn't be parcelled up into one RNS as they serve different purposes.

Oh sorry Bricks I forgot about you - are you watching the rugby down there? I must admit when you study the SS it does read like a pre-feasibility study, to the layman anyway. Do you know if feeding in the (hopefully) indicated resource and metallurgical work is enough to constitute a PFS or will it require another round of independent work?

I'm not sure Bricks - they'll want to see the Mets IMO. Without the economics there is still the risk that the project might not be viable. Personally I think we'll have to shoulder that risk a bit longer but the potential rewards will all the greater for it.

Understood RB - the RI certainly feels like a long time ago now. To be fair although it's been agonising a lot of progress has been made since then and we're well positioned to benefit from the GP which seems to be on the up again. They have to get at that debt now and of course the general Russian discount will always be something of a drag but I don't see why those broker targets can't be hit, you might be exiting sooner than you think!

BB you sold out on 1st Oct with the price down near 0.025 taking a £55K loss, if you hadn't acted so impulsively you could have reduced that loss quite considerably so I understand you're hurting but honestly I think it would be better for you to leave the board alone. I try not to be too cloak and dagger but without naming names because (after all I'm only going on instinct) a now absent poster was asking me about my holding weeks ago. No way I'm disclosing any figures to anyone I don't trust as I assume they wanted to build a picture of where LTH's might be exiting. For what it's worth I have a pot in my trading account which I will sell depending on where JORC and Mets take us, I plan to keep my ISA holding for the endgame. Oil, like you I see us being taken out and personally I don't think it's inevitable that we will drill again. I found LR's comments about the Mining Engineer Jesús Montero wanting to take this to a mine really interesting, that's either a hint that potential partners are in the wings or a message to buyers that they're going to have to get serious because we're about to get more expensive.

Yes it will be interesting to see how they head the forthcoming announcements. Throughout the drilling campaign they clearly chose not to use any emotive language in the opening pars. Would be odd to change that now but people do look for the "are pleased to announce". Mind you I've seen some disastrous RNS's across AIM with that at the top!!

I found CB's comments in the final results interesting, after talking about the JORC he moves onto the Mets with "More importantly, a 58kg core sample was retrieved for metallurgical testwork". I feel slightly culpable over the 'two weeks saved'. When I saw the LinkdIn post I read it as two weeks off the four weeks guidance as it came three days after the RNS. However when they wrote the RNS stating 'four weeks' logically they would already have set up the workshop with AMS so the fact that LR announced it three days later is less significant than I thought. So yes two weeks saved making it four weeks, the AMS analysts wouldn't have turned up at the drop of a hat.

Interesting theory KRSS! Any experts on institutional shorting out there? It seems that day after day we more or less hold a modest rise and then we get wacked down at the end of play. Are Polygon systematically selling down their borrowed stock?
