Very difficult to place an accurate valuation on our asset but one thing's for sure if the mets come in it becomes a lot less speculative. I keep going back to MC's 'more important...' comment, I always felt they were super confident about the scale of the resource but perhaps knew the markets would want to see the economics rubber-stamped. Comments on the WA website demonstate what a critical juncture we're at: "High quality metallurgical testing is a key part of the overall development of a mining project...... it is therefore vital that the testing undertaken is conducted to the highest standard with consideration made not only on metallurgical performance but overall project economics.....defining the optimum processing methodology that is specifically tailored to a deposit and the ore to be processed is a major step in turning a mineral resource into an operating mine".

Well usually these posters are dipping in and out making outlandish claims one minute then slating the company the next. I don't blame anyone for trading in and out if that's your game just don't think you're fooling anyone with the schizophrenic narrative.

Gam I try and look at everyone's posts objectively but it was obvious that some of your comments today were provocative. Each and every one of us can only guess if these type of posts are just from a fellow frustrated investor or just a gloater so don't be surprised if you cop a bit of flak. Since we came onto the LSE radar this board has attracted a number of charlatans so folk are wary of negative agendas. I'm not advocating a rampfest but if you have doubts try and insert some analysis into your posts and you may be taken more seriously.

Don't worry Apple I'm certain they will be RNS'd before the AGM, as we know the mets process has been interactive. The AGM date was announced on 5th Nov, 6 weeks into the process so EUZ must know by now that the 8 week estimate is about right give or take and the AGM has been set accordingly. It would be bizarre to hold the AGM and then announce them the following week. Just looked in on my kids bathtime and the youngest was carefully placing a row of plastic ducks on the edge of the bath - I'm taking that as a sign!

Bricks - when I read that they were trying to understand the relationship between the deep and shallow copper I got a bit excited about a possible porphyry deposit. LR politely put me right about that one but I didn't really understand his explanation of the more likely type of thermal event. To be honest I sensed he was being deliberately vague in order not to over promise or so I didn't badger him further on it.

Looking at the wording in Assay Results RNS (25th Sep), "Europa Metals has scheduled for this testwork to continue over the next 8 weeks". Next Weds will be 7 weeks up. I suppose it's not definitive that it will take that long, equally it could be interpreted that the actual work will take the full 8 weeks (which could always overrun) plus time for collating the results. So who knows, definitely Q4 and logically before the AGM is how I see it.

Maybe Bricks, I was being slightly tongue in cheek about being in each other's way as its normal for developed mining projects to continue exploration but isn't the Cu discovered after 023D slap bang in the middle of the resource? I think anyone embarking on mining the lead-zinc-silver would want a better understanding of the Cu before wading in either from our, or their own exploration of it. I also haven't the faintest idea about the economics of separating copper from our other minerals so I guess we have to be cautious about it until we learn more. If anyone can find examples of how these minerals can be mined and produced simultaneously I'd be interested to know.

Oh come on everyone get real shareholder interests are only ever piggybacking that of the board when everything goes well they're heroes, when not demons. If I'm being honest with myself I felt uneasy about SOU since the TP and Marco's 'distribution', I should have followed my instincts and quit with a handsome profit but I believed there was more to come from Tendrara. I'm not beating myself up because if TE-10 had flowed I'd have been proved right. It didn't, I was wrong and it's cost me. Do I blame Parsons? No, he didn't cold call me and con me into investing it was my own freewill and despite being unsettled by the style of those notorious events I remained invested. My only genuine gripe is the absolutely scandalous salaries that they have been gobbling up - absolutely disgusting that they inflated wages as they feared options wouldn't be hit, beyond contempt but their lack of moral conscience doesn't excuse my own lack of judgement.

I'm not making any accusations about the poster who started this particular rumour but in my experience of these boards it's usually someone looking to offload rather than accumulate when claims of positive inside knowledge are made. Think about it, if you had a strong tip from that old favourite 'mate in the city' wouldn't you keep it under your hat and hoover up as many cheap shares as possible before news breaks? Since the recovery from 0.01 the board was bound to change and we've had a lot of psychological games being played since, to be honest I don't really care, wherever there's money at stake things will get dirty, I just get irritated when they think it's not obvious what their game is. Again I'm not judging this latest contributor I try to remain objective about everyone until the mask slips.

I think there are two questions here - first do you believe the worringly named Wadassistant? Well that's easy I don't know, have no way of knowing and probably never will know. Secondly is there a rumour? Well probably, there's always rumours we just don't know how informed this particular rumour is. It's not exactly a secret that the strategy of EUZ was to prove up Toral and sell it, I thought it was a certainty after mets but the fund raise suggested otherwise. I don't like quoting private email conversations with LR (even though there's no way he's going to tell me anything that he wouldn't want publicly on here) but he said something to me along the lines that the worst way to get sold is to put up the 'For Sale' sign. The raise may be as much about having the ability to continue exploration making yourself more expensive while negotiations are ongoing. You don't want to be a penniless sitting duck in other words. I think AGM after mets is logical in any circumstances but at the offices of Joelson is interesting. Okay the board already have a relationship with them so borrowing their offices makes sense but the fact they arranged Bezant's transaction is bound to get the rumour mill going.

RB I think the Amur Bridge and Chinese economy being stimulated by government infrastructure projects should be a big plus for IRC. Not trying to undermine your thinking, which is logical, but do you have any thoughts on why we've had so many institutional holdings increasing when you fear we are range-bound for the foreseeable?

Don't want to spoil everyone's weekend but you do know that in some cultures the thumbs up is an insult. I knew it was in what we used to call the Persian Empire but after an internet search the only worrying near neighbour that still use it is Greece. I would suspect that most people working for an international company would use smartphone emojis in the US dialect but as ever with FRR it's never difficult to see the downside case!

Hi Bricks - I'm not so sure, LR has hinted at a smooth transaction and I'd imagine disposing of the asset in two stages would incur cost inefficiencies. Also I know it's a big hill and the new buyer wouldn't turn with a fleet of diggers :)) the day after a sale agreement but on the most practical level isn't there a possibility we could be in each other's way!!

Snippet of good news from IRC with K&S up to full capacity. Hambro does mention global headwinds but China are moving to increase infrastructure projects (search South China Morning Post) which should buoy up demand for Iron Ore. With the Amur river bridge due to open soon could the entity that we dare not mention soon become less of a millstone?

It's interesting to look back at Lundin's 2006 press release when they won the bid for Toral, even then they were stressing the importance of the previous work done and describing the project as 'advanced', which made me smile - we must be hyper-advanced now! I also liked this "Sulphide mineralization at Toral closely resembles the coarse-grained sphalerite and galena mineralization at Rubiales but Toral contains significantly more silver", if we can add copper to that then surely a big plus though I admit I know nothing about the economics of separating copper from the other minerals.

Interesting RB I do agree with your logic on the bondholders, but I see it more as a hurdle that we will overcome as long as POG strengthens helped by GP (not great today though) and of course POX, rather than the impenetrable barrier that you seem to see it as. On Poly and shorting well like most investors I think it's underhand if sheer financial muscle can make money to the detriment of enterprise. I also think the FCA disclosure's don't help much as although it allows new investors to make an informed choice it hardly does the shorters purpose any harm for their short to be publicised. Just my thoughts I'm not an expert on these dark arts as you've probably guessed!

Joe would you believe a word that comes out of his mouth though? Even if you put the earlier hype down to over-enthusiasm then the 'exciting times' comment when he must have known virtually all shareholders would be out of pocket is perhaps one of the most crass things I've ever heard. I honestly thought even Parson's wouldn't have said that unless a reasonable conclusion was likely, but no it turns out he is capable of spinning anything, integrity absolutely shot.
