Almost forgot my latest mets prediction expired earlier today - just a reminder in case anyone didn't pin it to the office wall, "We were first told they had started on 25th Sep and learnt that 3 of the four elements were complete by 15th Nov. Assuming they all take a similar length of time which is unlikely that's 17.33 days per process. They had started the final element by 15th Nov so that takes us to just before lunchtime on 3rd December. Scribble up the final component this afternoon and bang tomorrow at 7am, if not then in the face of this irrefutable evidence conspiracy theories will abound.

Shandy apologies in advance if I have misunderstood you but I have seen something similar posted before and there does seem to be a misapprehension that the value of any deal will only be realised when the transaction occurs. Of course it might well take three months or more for a deal to be agreed but if one was recommended the SP would move like lightning towards the figure with a discount for the risk of it falling through, having cash tied up waiting for the distribution etc. You would have the choice of personally liquidating your share of the asset on the open market immediately but at a discount or waiting for the dividend. Like I said sorry if you didn't mean that but it has come up before.

Steve there is still risk but there is such a gulf between the asset and the mcap that you should be okay. You'll notice on here and other AIM boards that people often comment that this or that stock must be a pile of *&%$ just because the SP isn't doing what they want it to. That's when I go back to my research and it's amazing how all the noise just disappears. Yes I'd love this to be on the move but trust me that's when the disingenuous posting really goes into overdrive!

Tsbs for me there's two ways of looking at it. What I as a PI would be happy to walk away with having had so much tied up and at risk for so long and what a miner with deep pockets would pay for it - the two are completely unrelated. My purely sentiment driven idea of 'reasonable' would be from 0.35-0.5p which emotionally would leave me content but slightly disappointed about what might have been. Putting my ever so sensitive :) feelings to one side, what is Toral worth? As I've said many times before I'm not an expert at valuing mining resources so can't give you a detailed valuation but was intrigued by the peer comparisons posted by LR in the last presentation. In terms of value of metal we're not far off Adriatic and their mcap is today £127.42m, we are £4.26m - yep x30!!! Makes you think doesn't it?

So it's the Russian Prosperity Fund again. Anyone know why in one RNS they are the "person subject to the notification obligation" then in the other listed as a shareholder with Prosperity Capital Management Limited the "person subject to the notification obligation". Just different funds? Combined they have 21.92% now so could it be something to be concerned about?

Absolutely agree Gizz and nobody is more positive here than me. I just saw someone had posted a screen-shot of one of my posts on Twitter in support of an upbeat Tweet and it concerns me a bit that people are seeking advice on a bulletin board. I just thought I'd state the obvious that a sale is not a certainty - we could even get an offer that the board do not wish to recommend to shareholders. Personally I think if that were to happen the non-execs should step in to represent our interests because given where this stock has been we'd all take a 'reasonable' bid even if it doesn't get LR and MC on the front of Mining Weekly! Anyway getting ahead of affairs and probably not worth discussing issues that don't yet exist.

Finding it difficult to concentrate on work for some reason...... Oil I would have thought that the setting up of a data room would have to be RNS'd. On the basic definition of being price sensitive I'd have thought so - anyone have a definitive answer on this?

Well that would suggest that what I just said could be completely wrong, who'd have thought it! :) Perhaps we'll be in the eye of the perfect storm.

Becoming a miner was always incredibly unlikely Lloydy. LR has often said that the big boys want the simplest non-confrontational transaction, that sounds like a sale to me. Look at the sector peers in the presentation (RNS'd 9the Oct) and you'll get the idea that even at a bargain price we have to at least 10x from here. In the current global climate it may have to be a highly attractive deal for the buyer but still so much running room with our mcap cap currently ridiculously low.

I would normally be urging caution but for any new arrivals Oil is a trusted poster. One trading day is a long time at EUZ, this morning some posters were saying there isn't a shred of evidence that LR intends to sell this. Not saying a sale or JV is guaranteed obviously but that was wide of the mark this morning and now right out of the target range.

Each party will have to sign a NDA before getting access - do you know if that has to be RNS'd Oil?

Oil seriously??? That's massive, that must mean mets are done. They wouldn't open a data room without the mets, no point.

I was wondering if it could be Polygon closing but this rise started on Weds 27th. They have until 3-30pm on the day following the new position to inform the FCA so we would have heard by now. Looks a bit more like rumour to me - could someone be coveting our shiny POX hub?

What are the chances it will turn out to be one of those days when someone wanted to buy a shedload just not at the ask everyone else was paying this morning?

If that's right Bricks I will change the Standard & Shed credit rating for EUZ from 'bad-limited' to 'limited-good'.

Oil I knows it's not bad, just limited and I think the market fears we're going to burn it fast if operations continue. I'm more hopeful than ever that this is it though, hence the very conservative drill location. With the mets I think negotiations will open up with a near certain value adding drill in the background.

I can only think it's to do with our cash position. If the mets demonstrate what we need then the first whiff of a data room and that millstone won't be relevant, the market will go nuts for these.

The weak pound will also add value for us if there is a distribution to shareholders. Heaven knows where sterling will go if Brexit goes ahead. We're going to need a good asset sale to be able to go on holiday abroad next year!
