Didn't he claim that the expression "P*do Guy" is a common phrase in SA? Maybe Bricks would know but even if it's a common jibe in SA how he won the case in a US court after defaming a British man on an international web platform was very odd.

I admit I had been worried about Coronavirus impact though the 21st April RNS was reassuring. We're remote obviously but it would only need someone coming back from leave from say Blagoveshchesk to bring it into camp for it to be a problem. Sounds like they're doing all the checks possible so let's hope the workforce stay healthy first and foremost and production is unaffected. I don't think there have even been many cases in Amur but can't find up to date regional statistics from Russia. I know the economy has been battered in Blagoveshchesk because of the Chinese border closure.

Budgetary measures were first mentioned exactly six weeks ago "strategic plans and budgets being revised accordingly, with the aim of conserving capital. Further announcements will be made as appropriate". That was 23rd March so if we have financing or a sale then we'll all be happy that they didn't, as it turns out need to implement them. If it's business as usual (ie. we're skint) then they're well overdue.

Roger our works have largely been unaffected as it's just lab work in Cornwall (slightly delayed) and water monitoring in Spain which I couldn't get any specifics on just that it is 'under control'. Anything else is desk work though I supposed any planned local engagements meetings would have been postponed.

Thanks Ian I just hoped you'd be able to show me how they staged it. Isn't the price likely to drop anyway as traders take profits. Nothing wrong with that - look how many of us have been here for an eternity with nothing to show for it.

Hi Ian - just out of interest what is your evidence that Thursday's price action was "all staged by the MMs!"? It looked like a lot more volume of buying than usual hence the big rise with some profit-taking along the way particularly towards the end hence the smaller pull back. I'm sure shenanigans do go on though and I'd be interested if you could expand on your observation.

Strange that if the rise had anything to do with EMH they are down 3% but we are so far holding our own. Perhaps the accidental new investors have all gone down with instant Stockholm Syndrome.

There is a mountain of RNS material on the website, broker coverage (not so much), endless media interviews to plough through and so on.
