11m shares have been bought by American II's, so no they aren't about to descend on us... this wasn't a pump and dump placing on an AIM tiddler like Valirx etc. Shares go down as well as up, the story hasn't changed one iota, in fact it's become substantially more likely that RENX will develop into a multi billion pound company as they have $70m to invest in their product & development.

Haha, it's sheep syndrome - starts falling and many decide then is the best time to sell, so it accentuates the drop, same with the rise. The results are absolutely fantastic, as Dr Wilkinson is currently highlighting :)

Yep can confirm from downloading ADVFN trades there was a 200,000 buy at £2 timed at 12.02... likely the reason for the jump. The first US strategic buy?

ASOS was 3p back in 2003...went on to hit £75! SNG at £75 a share would be worth £11.25b. Impossible is nothing.

Yeah, anyone selling SNG to buy a testing company needs their heads examined as far as I'm concerned - this is 100 x more valuable - it's a solution rather than a preventative measure...

I think it's safe to say that all bets are off here... anything could happen if certain countries decide to take strategic stakes in SNG...

This could quite literally go anywhere from here, IMO a £10b market cap isn't out of the question, as crazy as that sounds...particularly with the implications on the COPD study.

If you’re disappointed then sell your shares and find something else to invest in, no point whinging on here. You could also have sold on Thursday and locked in your profit if all you do is make money, so that was pretty stupid of you really ;)

So clearly Zach bought at £6.45 expecting it to jump 100% on NASDAQ listing... if you’d read the prospectus you would know they they announced the raise at £5.70 on Monday, so it actually rose 90p to £6.60 before falling back, no issue if you held already...

Basically you mistimed your buy, however if you did your research before buying I don’t see problem? Next newsflow will be around the corner (I’m sure they have a plan to generate interest post IPO, Kantaro, commercial launch etc.

I think describing it as a bad day is a bit over the top. I was certainly surprised with the pricing of the offering being £5.37 after the AIM price ran up from £5.70 to £6.60 from Mon to Thurs, however it appears AIM PI’s were simply over exuberant.

For anyone who plans to hold for more than a few days the short term movement is of no relevance though. They’ve successfully listed & future RNS’s will drive price appreciation. I expect we’ll get news on the commercial launch with Mount Sinai in the next few weeks, confirming first revenues. Also likely we’ll get news on the Kantaro / Bio Techne antibody tests.

I was disappointed with the fall in the last hour, either someone flipped the IPO for 5% or some shorts were dropped? First revenues are vital & interest will build rapidly as they execute IMO

I'll take 7% up and 2m shares traded in the first 90 mins. Compare this to the AMYT listing a couple of weeks back which made the same switch from AIM to NASDAQ dual listing & had 20k volume on the first day...

If the news flow continues as it has the last few months the big money will soon find it's way here.

Indeed, submission to the FDA was exactly a month ago, so they've had time to review everything etc. It would have caused chaos to release the news pre IPO.

In hindsight it makes complete sense to start trading once the UK closed. Volume is off the scale vs the daily average on AIM - getting up towards 1m ADS traded already - if that trend is maintained then lookout, as we know how tightly held the AIM shares are...

That's was 3pm right? No sign of any activity yet...

I expect it'll open above the IPO level & rise towards the $16.50 level - this is where the price was yesterday on AIM (£6.60). Suspect there will be significant retail demand given recent rises seen in Livongo etc. We'll know in a few hours time...

Ha, plenty won’t have seen a 3.41pm RNS - I certainly expect a strong start tomorrow.

I can remember last autumn they were posting photos of diamonds found on the their twitter feed etc. Th share price hit £1.50 off the back of one of the finds, but then all of a sudden the comms stopped and the price has plummeted ever since. There will undoubtedly be investors who paid £1.20 + still holding who have been utterly screwed here. The moral of the story is to avoid any listed business who pumps their company via twitter / social media.

Ha, he really isn't pushing it - take a look at posts on other BB's before throwing mud... It was the last day to buy before the NASDAQ pricing is announced & IPO takes place, and the bid was at 5.83 this morning, closed at 6.02. Plenty more to come if you care to do some research :)

Yep, should be a very positive AGM update - certainly back in bargain territory when you consider it hit 9p a couple of weeks back.
