Ha. See what I meant.
Opened half a pence lower despite the late buy yesterday and another almost 50k buys in the morning but still in the red.
Market makers just playing with the spread really as the buy price is pretty much unchanged since the start of the week.
Just having a breather if you ask me and may spike to the 20s once a few buyers coming in.
I doubt there can be any serious retrace as in the past, not with the known knowns that have occurred going into year end and which were not included in the recently released report.
Thereās a lot of value developing here in my opinion.
Very good figures to end of June 22, Nav finally over 20p.
Post period, MAFL have seen the Ideon revaluation times ten, a $2.5 million cash payment and the 5% put option on LS currently worth much more than the entire market cap here.
Looking good I say.
Good finish 19.5p.
Market makers clearly ran out of shares at 20p offer earlier so halted buying for over two hours. They then raised the bid over 20p to bring some in and I believe, looking at the trades, they managed to get a few back but not many.
Noticed a 99,999? Was that you again Nom?
Iām not so sure as ASND may see some dilution going forwards to pay for the mine, etc so probably best to let them sort out their finances first and maybe the JV will sneak a path from that angle, if he sees fit.
I believe MAFL hold over two million shares that were given as part of the LS deal so that is a good position already.
I trust JV will find a good opportunity for the cash, heās clearly a very shrewd and cool operator, (although a bit too cool sometimes for my liking lol).
Very well done to the company here.
Really is a spectacular performance and with lots more to come as can be heard in yesterdays interview.
I wonder what plans there are for the cash as thereās lots of opportunities currently for MAFL,
Closed up 37% but was up over 50% at one point which is very good to see particularly since MAFL hold 2.24 million shares there.
I reckon MAFL will go on a run again soon as Mondays RNS simply cannot be ignored for too long.
Ā£2.1 million hard cash, based on current exchange rate, coming through in a few weeks when the entire mcap here is only Ā£5 million.
Add the various bits of the portfolio, cash pre-event and now the 5% and it is very difficult to find such value on the AIM.
Good call, although probably a no brainier, TheThinker!
Closed at a multi-year high on the chart on very positive news and on very strong volume. Surely must count for something. In the old days this type of scenario would signal an invite to value investors looking for a buy and hold play so will be interesting to see how she goes. I feel it may finally be the beginning of something good at MAFL and so with the patience of both a saint and an ox, I will continue to hold for a price closer to a pound. Relative to the size here, the company will be cash rich and with a portfolio grossly undervalued due to various factors. The company itself appears rock solid.
