Investor SIPP Trustees Ltd, through P Sharples, has acquired a holding in Mineral and Financial Investments Limited, resulting in a notification of major holdings. As of May 22, 2026, the entity now holds 1,260,072 voting rights, representing 3.2% of the total voting rights attached to shares.

I think JV is trying to let the market know that GS is going to be worth serious money, like multiples of Mafl’s price. He’s not sounding conservative any longer.

And yes it’s the first time that an RNS has confirmed the huge free cash flow pile being made each month. Before it was just comments on a video but now it’s official.

A really nice write-up. Golden Sun obviously holds value more than the total sum here, probably by a few multiples. I wonder if they’ve hit 45k ounce a year yet.

There’s hardly been a blip on the sp despite all this selling, as we’ve had others step in and happily take any loose stock.

I think MAFL holds 1.4% of Ideon, a company I’ve long earmarked as a potential unicorn.

The recent 5-year deal with Rio Tinto was a rare form of validation, this wasn’t a trial or pilot, but a global rollout embedded into Rio’s day-to-day operations.

It’s almost impossible for the average private investor to get exposure to a company like Ideon at this stage, so credit where it’s due to JV and the MAFL team for securing and holding this kind of asset.

Looks like a new leg up for precious and base metals is underway as new ath’s are being printed.

JV will be pleased to see copper breaking through the 12k mark..

I reckon in such a bullish commodity cycle, the correct thing to do is look forward and you will certainly see records continuing to be smashed.

Metals surging and yet we’re slightly down. I think we are following crypto today, otherwise we should be well in the 40s.

Whatever someone’s views on JB, he keeps putting his own cash into Shuka, so you can’t really argue about his commitment and aligning with holders.

I’m hoping this news will put a floor on the price as I see a certain de-risking now and a mcap that is surely way too low.

I think precious metals were in lofty territory and some steam needed to be released. MMS likely reacting to this and some traders selling a few MAFL.

Fundamentals haven’t changed one bit so I suspect this will be seen as a massive opportunity to accumulate.

Well maybe not today but the more I look into this, the more I’m convinced that value is north of 30p minimum.
