I totally agree with your post first thing this morning - re. Placing at a premium. However, what I meant is there is a very good chance of the sp rising above 30p and then a placing at say 28p. Example I would give is Atuk, now Cbuy, last year. Price had drifted down to about 6p and was priced to go under. Then came transformational news and the price shot up from 6p to 70p. Drifted down to about 50p and then came a large placing at 33p, ie. a premium of multiples of when the sp was 6p only weeks earlier!! This company is primed for something similar IMO..

I think the next generation hotel will answer any concerns regarding better efficiency and will no doubt improve margins substantially. Due to be launched this year. From last weeks Rns: "The Company plans to bring its Next Generation Portable Hotel to market in 2014, which is a much more efficient, more flexible model, positioning the Company for the next phase of growth. Current expectations are that the Next Generation Portable Hotel will reduce deployment costs by an order of magnitude and will increase available room nights substantially, delivering the ability to deploy at more events and thereby increasing significantly the revenue per room. In the UK alone, there are over 10,000 events each year which are worth over GBP11bn in sleeping accommodation."

We could easily see a fund raise at more than double current price. Why not? After all, when the company was facing major problems including possible administration, ii's stumped up £10 million at 23p a share. That was some risk/confidence. Now if they are experiencing such growth as I think they are and with a more established brand and earnings visibility going forward, they could easily get a placing away at much higher levels. They have over £4.5 million so no immediate need at the moment. When it happens we will see very good ii support.

Moving back up again and significantly over previous minor high of 14.25p. In fact the current bid is at this price. Will move quickly to much higher levels as I really cannot see many selling when the company is seeing a transformation and acceleration of growth.

These are now firmly in my long term portfolio, don't really care about the last 90 mins, more like next few months will be even more interesting..

If you guys think last weeks Rns plus today's equals 14p, then you are in the wrong game! There is plenty more to come here - over 30p for starters IMO.

Seem to be getting better all the time and now rated very high, on some sites 9/10 - in my experience, once ratings start to hit such levels then this naturally leads to growth acceleration and imo we are witnessing this already and by the looks of it, plenty more to come. The company has been unloved for some time by the market but management have obviously been working hard in the background and now set to reap the rewards. The concept is fantastic and there is clearly a need out there and I believe the market is once again about to favour ZZZ and as it stands looks hugely undervalued at these levels. It will be interesting here as I see continued buying pressure for a long while..

Yep it's a delayed buy from this morning. We have seen plenty of these 100k buys since yesterday. Someone is hoovering up the shares from the smaller sellers, not sure about 15p today but company is looking very promising and a good recovery play. I would think 20-30p in 3 months.

From this morning with an initial stake, looks a solid play near/medium term. I can see solid orders at 11p on L2 but quite certain they will move them higher.

Interestingly, a bit of googling 'rugby World Cup snoozebox' does bring up some media reports so maybe some truth in it.. I agree though, the longer term hotels will provide more stable, recurring revenues. New management seem very focussed here and should be given credit for the turnaround and in proving the viability of the original concept. Under these circumstances, we should see very good ii support and I won't be surprised to see a JV of some sorts with a bigger player in the accommodation sector. The concept has endless commercial uses in what looks like a niche area for this company. Previous poster mentioned oil sector where they already have a contract and I can see the huge benefits in deploying these temporary accommodation closer to the work site. It's a massive area but just one of many I can think of..

I have heard somewhere that Snoozebox are due to sign a massive contract to supply their offerings during the Rugby World Cup 2015 in England. Anyone heard anything similar?

Will be watching these like a hawk this coming week as I don't believe the 100% rise (which I missed) was a one off and I see more rises coming over the short/medium term. Still priced to go under but we now know that this is certainly no longer the case and therefore looking a terrific opportunity. Pi's and ii's should be sitting tight now and adding after the outstanding news last week. £12 million cap looks way too low for a company seeing such growth so far in 2014. Must admit looks a very exciting prospect and a great concept. Will be looking to time an entry here tomorrow, hoping for a penny dip in the morning and then we should be off to the races. If no dip, I will buy in anyway as this is CHEAP!

Yep, looks like contract news imminent some time during this month and it will have a massive effect to the share price. I have read the Share Prophet article and from a technical point of view looks spot on. This is enjoying a simple re rating as it is too cheap at current levels. My own view here is 50p but let's get to the 35p target provided by Zak Mir first. However, if you are willing to hold these for at least a month or two then I see both above targets been blown away on contract news. Only 11 million shares in issue here and less that figure in free float so any volume here leads to big movements up.

I did say this is a 50p stock and even then the whole group would only still be worth £5.5 million approx. This has to be the best stock to buy out there. A simple re-rating is going on which will take this towards 50p fair value. Hold tight all.

Well done Knigel, that was a good trade from 5p. I would have done the same if my average was so low.

From last months Rns they said their group margin was 31%, so 2013 they let us say 30%. It's such a small company so you won't find much info published and we guys have to do the sums ourself. But if they get contracts totalling 1-2 million in the last six months, I think profits will be hit. The chairman has said he is expecting record turnover this year and from that I understand more deals are coming. "More specifically, two positive effects of the work performed in 2012 are improvements to our pricing policy and to our operational processes. The combined impact of these resulted in the Group reporting an improved gross profit margin of 31%, an increase of 2.4 percentage points compared to the prior year."

They on a 30% margin. £4.2 mill sales booked so far in first half, so they have 6 months to add some more, which they surely will. Do the maths. This weekend's FT reported that analysts are expecting profits this year. I love these little companies on the verge of profits. Investing is about speculating, if you wait for one more contract or confirmation of profits, you will be paying over 50p.
