Despite the upcoming new shares, I see good value here at the current mcap. Can see these trading over .50 with news and I suspect they will have something to report soon to smooth over the recent farce. There's definitely potential in b2b as per the recent small contract win. I bought a few today and will look for more on intraday.

Directors have enough shares between them and so there should be no concerns as to the lack of confidence you portray. Having closely been following the progress of Device Authority and knowing there is a shed load of news that is yet to be officially released to the market and the fact result RNS is due, directors may not be able to buy off-market owing to a closed period.

Bought a decent amount @ 7.25p only a matter of a few weeks back. Good opportunity to grab some I believe as the price should rise again now.

The TERN BoD have not been in any rush to update the market with some potentially company-making developments happening right now, for those who care to see. Device Authority has struck key partnerships with everyone that matters and has positioned herself to take full advantage of the IoT data security revolution we are set to witness. Unique product/Unique market. If they can pull this off, we are talking a company worth a Billion plus very easily and thus far there is increasingly clearer evidence to suggest they are firmly on target to do so. I continue to add and hold for the end game where I am hoping and expecting to see a share price into the Pounds. I suspect once the wider market latches on, the ascent may be rapid.
