And Digicert are no pushover!

DigiCert CTO, Dan Timpson, said: "We're pleased to partner with Device Authority to align our complementary solutions in a way that provides additional value to our customers. Through this partnership, we will be able to enhance our current IoT device authentication, encryption and message integrity solutions and extend the appropriate level of PKI to more devices with limited compute power."

That is only the case if you want to join such a partnership to cross sell products from others for a small percentage. However, the partnerships DA have are a different kettle of fish altogether. These blue chip partners are pushing the DA platform to their own customers as they have identified weakness within their own security products. DA fills the gaps. The recent Digicert RNS is a prime example where they clearly state that DA enhances their own solutions. Read those comments.

Let's hope it hits home. If the market wanted more answers, they will find lots in this article. The point to consider is that this is from just one partner and only in the past week or so Device Authority have announced Dell and Digicert. And then we have Symantec, Thingworx, Intel and others. When they all get going, well....

IoT facing stocks will experience a dot com style boom when retail begin to understand this emerging area. Accumulate, accumulate.

And of course with TERN being the majority holder of Device Authority, it is perhaps the only way one can gain exposure to what should be a an absolute cracker of a company and sector.

EventHorizon At one with your post good chap. I don't write much these days since ii's generally stopped playing with Aim stocks. Today this market is mainly pi driven and I have realised that most pi's struggle to understand anything unless it is in black and white and most do not have the nerve to hold longer than a few hours. I retain a substantial holding here and happily await the IoT wave to catch on with the retail market. Device Authority is a one-off opportunity in my opinion and there is all the evidence one requires to gauge where it is headed.

One only has to look at Gartner IoT security forecasts over the next few years to see the potential here. Device Authority selected as Gartner 'cool' vendor and for good reason. We are innovating this sector and I have long believed we are a mini-Sophos in the making. Today's news spells it out in colour!

This is looking far too good a proposition now.
