We need to ask when the SNG001 at home drug treatment trials will start, how do we get involved as this could ease pressure in hospitals, care homes and offer the at high risk a olive branch.

When you write a tweet use #sng and #sng001 and @synairgen by using these tags it allows people to find your tweet quickly. People watching sky will be searching SNG001 as that is all sky showed so that is the tag people will search for #sng001.

Trades that big are worked by MM’s so you can’t even really go by the price at the time of trade. AIM is verging on a corrupt trading platform, where smoke and mirrors are used daily.

It’s impossible to tell. I would imagine it’s a mix of the two. II selling large buyer buying their shares. Retail buyer adding pressure to buying yesterday hence the rise.
Retail buyers getting bored hence the drop today whilst the II continues to sell and the mystery buyer continues to buy.

Now that makes sense in my mind, not sure how it sounds in type !!

Looks like Lansdowne are selling beyond their placement shares. They only had 1.6m to sell from their last RNS last week. So the Synairgen website is showing them holding 22m which is 14.9% so I wonder what this has reduced to ?

I guess some of the other non declared placement shares are also being flipped by others.

The upside is there is a buyer. I do believe they can continue to buy under radar and only have to declare when they finish. Hey this is AIM... they can do what they like !

I would 100% agree hostile takeovers are very rare.
However these times are quite unusual. I never thought I would be locked up at home for 3 months ... but just shows you anything is possible.

Personally I like the link with Astra Zeneca and I believe both companies have a good ongoing relationship.

Mergers take months takeovers can be very quick to announce.
I could place a bid tomorrow and the market would need to be informed as it is price sensitive. Yes the actual deal would take a month or two to sort, but shareholders would be informed in real time.

With all the delayed trades who knows who is buying and selling what.
That 150k buy yesterday was no normal punter IMO.

AZ could have been buying up for weeks.

The only reason Astra Zeneca walked away was the size of market. This drug has now expanded from Asthma into COPD and COVID19. It will be suitable elsewhere as well.
So £240m was the benchmark pre COPD and Covid19!
