Another day closer to results and the start of non-hospitalised trials.

Lots more noise on the positive use of Interferon in the treatment of Covid19. For those who know there Interferon, they will be aware how important Interferon Beta 1a is when compared to the others. Also direct to lung treatment through nebuliser will be more effective than injection... as trials have already demonstrated.

Patients are in a 28day treatment cycle when they start using SNG001. So much data will be collected over this clinical study... intact 28000 swabs alone To be analysed!

The addition of global trials of various Interferons can be used within the drug application as additional reference points.

As I said yesterday 15 years of development to this stage. I can wait 6 weeks for results. There will be news on many fronts prior to that. Exciting times ahead for genuine investors. Just ignore the others, they are already embarrassing themselves!

Noluplus please explain your comment regarding Interferon Beta 1a and 1b. Maybe also include Interferon Alpha as well if you don’t mind. I am very interested to learn more about this.

Nolupus I take no advise from anyone on here. I invest on research, the CEO and the history or in this case 15 years worth of data build.
Take a listen to the podcast I just posted. Load that with the other global research and trials using Interferon. Combine that with published data on SNG001.
Add in the benefit of potential fast track approval through MHRA and FDA and you then reach the reason I have invested. I am not in love with a share or company. I am however confused why spammers spend their day posting negativity with zero facts to back them up.

And that actually proved that interferon probably is the big, you know, the backbone of the triple therapy .... that means interferon is likely to be the key factor. And from the latter it confirms interferon beta was delivered by injection. The group including interferon had a shorter hospital stay of 9 days vs 15 days. That's a 6 day improvement compared to about 3 day potential improvement for Remdesivir. And inhaled interferon beta in theory should show even more improvement. It does feel like the jigsaw puzzle pieces are falling into place.

Suggesting Lansdowne are selling for any other reason than their disastrous 2019 and start to 2020 suggests a very subtle attempt at a deramp and I am so sure that is not your intention here. You are so transparent ;-)

I’m expecting another TR1 tomorrow latest Wednesday saying 10% hit. I think they will the stop. My opinion only.
They have made some serious money from SNG001, but the upside on the remaining 10% could make Lansdowne’s year. So I think they will hold at 10%.

Lansdowne are selling due to major losses across their portfolio as publicised over the weekend.
I know you find it challenging to be positive here. Maybe spam another share board ??

Anyone jumping in and out of this share doesn’t understand this company IMO.
This drug has been in development for 15 years. We are now only weeks away from news. The climate is unique and we could see our drug being approved across the world at unprecedented speed.

Some major companies will be watching SNG closely !

We will either get a TR1 or Trial update today IMO.

Good question and one I could never answer as we just don’t know what Lansdowne is I’ll do. They are desperate at the moment, their funds have been some of the worst performing.
When you look back at some of the old Woodford stocks had Covid appeared last year, he would be a hero today. So who knows if it would hold 70’s or not.

I look at the MCAP of the company and broker guide.
I am more than happy to buy in 50’s personally. I don’t see the share remaining at this level for long, even if Lansdowne continue to sell.

News is certainly on way and could even land 7am Monday.

Lansdowne should be sitting around 10%.
We will soon know if the headwind continues.

Personally I’m expecting some form of update from SNG on at home trials. We will also see a TR1 update on Lansdowne.

I hope to see some large buys as well. I believe last weeks 2x1m trades were buys.

The Interferon research posted here and social media all look positive.

I personally can’t trade this share as news from many different angles could land any day.

Will the major drug companies continue to sit and watch Synairgen, or do they start to engage in early discussions with Richard and the team ???

No one knows what Lansdowne will do.
The report printed last night shows what a bad 2019 and start of 2020 they are having. They have choose to sell SNG shares as they were in profit or could make some much needed profit off the placing.

I see it that we helped them and they will help us by not crashing the share price. It will sit between 55p and 75p whilst we wait for results.

The company did say they would communicate more through RNS.

The cost per dose has not been disclosed by the company.
Anyone guessing should make it clear it is a guess.
The company will not disclose this information. All they have confirmed is they have no issues in supply of SNG001.

Various types of Interferon are being trialled around the world. Most are delivered via injection.
The best part of SNG001 is the delivery via nebuliser. We could see from Panorama how easy it is for the lady to take.
So once press wake up to the AT HOME trials starting, all eyes will be on SNG001.

Good for us and good for the poor guys and girls infected with this horrible virus.

We could see an RNS land at anytime with more detail about Home testing. Ideally this would land after hours today or Monday 7am.

Lansdowne must be around 10% now. Trading seems different now.
