Anyone doubting or simply not focusing on the COPD opportunity are missing the bigger picture. I like these interviews and company financial statements... the facts. Trolls hate facts... they will still accuse you of ramping. They hate positivity ... that’s why I filter them. Added another today :-)

Prediction of a share price is impossible given the current market. All you can do is invest of research and company data.

Given the success of the Asthma and COPD trials, genuine shareholders know there is a reduced risk to holding at this level. We know from company reports that Synairgen were in contact with major pharmaceutical companies later last year regarding the phase2b COPD testing.

Richard in a video online (I think from Germany) confirmed drugs in early stages of development can sell fro around £250m to £500m. More established drugs can sell from £500m up to no limit.. we have seen drugs sold for £billions.

So at £7 per share this would value our drug at just over a billion. That doesn’t sound out of reach IF IF IF results of the trial are strong and we achieve FDA and or MHRA approval.

Trading seems allot slower today. Just 1m shares traded by 2pm. I’m expecting and RNS tonight.

See Noluplus the subtle troll is still active trying to add doubt to investors. Now he seems to be say about a vaccine. I have him on filter. He adds no value.

LP I get your frustration, but it has taken 15 years to get to this point. And pre Covid would take another 2 years to approve.

We can use the Asthma and COPD trials as a guidance. Read the last financial report when you have time.

As for the fast track. This drug needs approval based on the data being gathered. Each patient needs 28 days to complete the treatment. There will be 28000 swabs to review plus all the other data and patient records to analysis. They then need to pull this into a drug application for 3 different associations to approve. As I say this would normally take years. They are trying to do it in weeks. It is crazy fast for the UK. The US is a different story.

Keep to the facts.
Lansdowne have no idea how trials are progressing.
They have no insider information.
There is no data to suggest the trials are a success or failure. All we know is that they have been extended and other Interferon trials have shown positive impact.

Lansdowne invested into the COPD and ASTHMA trials. These trials look like they will be a “overwhelming success”

It’s a shame Lansdowne are selling. They have been a long term loyal holder of SNG shares... then again if they didn’t sell, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to buy at this level today.

Lansdowne have been under huge pressure to sell anything liquid to build up their defence.
They can only sell once :-)

I agree that the drug combination is the best way forward. I make that statement with the Hong Kong trials in mind.

You are so right regarding Tom Wilkinson involved. He is one of the highest regarded scientists in this field in the world.

I have read over further data on the COPD trials. It is clear Synairgen were in discussions with major pharmaceutical companies. I would imagine if anything these discussions have accelerated. This is not a ramp. This was printed in company documents.

Synairgen took the difficult decision to suspend the COPD trials due to Covid19.
These trials are reaching conclusive evidence that SNG001 works. Next steps for the business is to run Phase 2b trial in COPD patients and the business plan was to partner to be able to conduct the trial. Synairgen we’re having ongoing dialogue with several of the largest pharmaceutical companies who, due to the magnitude of the opportunity, were keen to review the data from the trial.

The above was all printed pre Covid19.

Anyone doubting the opportunity for using SNG001 to treat a huge range of viral diseases, simply need to research more.

The company pre Covid19 had already identified four major areas where SNG001 could be used ( not counting Asthma, COPD and Covid19).

I know some thing this is a pump and dump and I know some might think that I ramp this share, but this is so not true. The company has spend 15 years developing this drug. Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies are completed/ ongoing. This drug offers so much value. This is no pump and dump, it is a investment in the future treatment of humans.

It was house keeping. There are no US trials using SNG001
we want to apply for FDA approval, we need to make sure authorities are aware of what we are doing.
No physical trials..... yet.

At 11.50am we had trades 700k shares. We are now over 3m.
I believe an RNS has been logged and Lansdowne have hit 10%. Looking at the last hour, it would appear they will continue to sell into the rise.

Before the trolls jump on an II selling, we know their wider market performance has been awful and they need to take profit where they can. As for those calling this a pump and dump share... they have not read any research into Interferon and obviously don’t care.

There will be other news from the company before the end of June.

We can expect and RNS on the non-hospitalised trials any day. As I predict we can also expect TR1’s.
A unlikely RNS at the moment would be related to any merger or takeover talks, however that will happen on success of SNG001 trials.

The treatment is 14 days the patient gets monitored for 28 days.

I think Lansdowne hit 10%.
Now let’s see if they hold or continue to sell into the rise.

Looking at L2 JBER continues to take ownership, so time will tell. I guess the next news update RNS (not TR1) will be the true test. Im expecting a TR1 tomorrow (along with others here)

These spammers should are only interested in getting research and quality posts lost in their junk.
By filtering I now only see the research, the genuine negative challenges and the positive upsides. Fresh air is a beautiful thing. I recommend it and then the school boys will go and play elsewhere.

I have started to use the filter and report on here.
I genuinely like to here the negatives and the positives as it gives a good balance. But it appears there is a school child operating daily and to be honest as a father of two, I don’t need a third.
