Forest I think it will be patient specific. As he said the drug works at best as early treatment. I think we should see a positive from hospital trials, but the mega results will come from the at home trials. I think this is why they want to open COPD trials. As it will help with their multi drug applications!!

Lansdowne on the 6th May had 17.4m shares. 16 trading days have past, with some mega offloading (delayed trades / consultants 1 day delayed trades) so have they managed to clear By selling 1.1m per day ??

Lansdowne crossed the 11.69% threshold back on 6/5/20. When they had 17.4m shares left. So they have had 16 trading days since to continue to sell. So maybe just maybe at 1.1m average per day they could clear today ?

After Richard Griffiths and now Lansdowne, there has been some headwinds over the last 3 months.

On my calculations Lansdowne would have roughly 7m shares left to clear if they are in fact still selling. Ghia I would be interested to know where you think they are.

We could see a TR1 confirming they are under 3% soon !

You missed out Asthma. Also the valuations are not mine. It was examples given by the CEO and Chairman of Synairgen prior to C-19.

So as you say putting a number on it is impossible. However let’s get the COPD results in next month and see how things go ;-)

Still here DubleD you know I quote the Chairman and CEO. I find them allot more reliable than some of the posts on here. “I didn’t like body language” was an all time classic !

So £3.40 per share would value the company at £506m which is really achievable on the success of COPD trials alone ( not my words, words of the chairman and CEO last year).

I personally think if C-19 and COPD come good you could easily double it. Again given Richards comments last year on a interview filmed and published, drugs with a wide reach can go for £1billion up to £3billion.

So I know we are way ahead of ourselves here, but the upside is significant on strong results.

As for Remdesivir, I’m just quoting the facts. Like you I hope multiple drugs are found to treat this horrible disease.

You raise a valid point. We don’t know what negotiations are happening behind closed doors, but we do know they are happening, as confirmed by the chairman in the Sept19 RNS.
