As you say LOXL2 could be a money spinner for SNG. The company who owns this drug is based in Aussie land is trying to accelerate this drug.

The COPD and Asthma trials on SNG001 are very strong, along with the safety side of things. We could see SNG001 approved for use by July ?

Wow there is sum real scum starting to appear on this board. Such a shame. The company received £10’s millions worth of free advertising over the last week. Our drug works for Asthma and COPD and could save lives of COVID19 patients.
A drug that would normally take years to approve could be approved in weeks.

As for news, I called last nights RNS correct.
I will now make another call. The company will release an RNS on home trials either today or early next week.

We have a seller Lansdowne. I believe they are selling down to 10%. They will hit that today based on my numbers. Ghia what do you think ?

I don’t expect lansdowne to sell all their shares. I can see them clearing down to 10%. They would be on a free carry and even the II’s would be silly not to hold a chunk given the likelihood of success. Let’s see what tomorrow brings. As I say I forecast they Have around 4m to clear down to 10%. So we should be clear by tomorrow.

So they sold another 3.2m 2.18% by Friday.

It feels like they could have sold another 3m over the last couple of days. Hopefully they will stop at 10%.

Rotom i work in the medical industry so involved with regulatory and manufacturing. Less knowledgeable on the clinical side of things.

I think we will have a more detailed RNS on Home Trials
I think we will get notification when hospital trials reach 100.

I also still believe we are prime for a approach from a major. Especially given the COPD and Asthma derisk.

Anyway that’s my opinion and as I am deeply invested and researched to the brim and following the press over the last 7 days worth £10’s millions in free publicity, I am definitely not desperate.

I’m still expecting and RNS today or tomorrow AM.

GHIA. I use LSE L2. When it works it is fine and quite cheap compared to others. JBER a has been on the offer most of the last 3 weeks. It seems they have a bucket of shares to clear. Either lansdowne it they to a batch from the placing themselves.

Ghia - JBER has been controlling the price for the last 3 weeks. They are clearing. When they move so will we !

Ghia one other observation. It is clear the 40m placement shares were not sticky.
First we had Grif sell his shares, then Lansdowne and others. However over this time we have seen significant chunky buys and no TR1’s. It is my understanding and others that if a buyer continues to accumulate, they don’t need to TR1.... these are the AIM rules (no that anyone follows them). So who is the buyer. Well as long as Synairgen remains under £100m MCAP, I think many could be tempted!!

Indeed it would. As another poster said last night, there is a unquote opportunity for Synairgen to fast track SNG001 into mass supply in months instead of the usually years... who said that, oh yes the CEO.

And how big is the COPD market, how many billions ??

Overlay the Covid19 opportunity and that is why our MCAP is in my view unbelievably low.

The last RNS was released due to the leak. The company were still sourcing all the items required. One issue I believe was lack of Swabs in the world. I believe this is all sorted and they will push forward and release a detailed RNS informing the markets how the Home trials will proceed..... could be wrong.

Also expecting and update in TR1’s

I would hope the company would also confirm when hospital testing had hit 100. But who knows.

As for the end of June date, the company have allowed plenty of time for analysis and application preparation. We know from last nights LBC interview the company will go for world approval not just MHRA.

I’m expecting a RNS today. Let’s see if I am correct.
Still no mention of at home trials as yet.

The company will issue a detailed RNS when the home trial goes live. I believe they had trouble procuring a couple of items last week. All is sorted now. So yes RNS could land at anytime.

The lack of TR1 makes me think it is the remaining shares from the placement. I would imagine Lansdowne has sold down, but would be surprised to see the sell out, given the significant upside here.

Although frustrating to see the share fall, the placement allowed SNG to expedite the trials and in the lung term it will be seen as a good move.

There is a buyer as well. Some pretty chunky buys have appeared both back in early April and now. When the buyer stops they will have to issue a TR1.

The press coverage we are getting is outstanding. I think it will explode when they release we have started trials at home.

Shame he didn’t get to talk about the second part of the trial.... AT Home. Still being kept under the radar.

FDA could prove a quicker route than MHRA which would be a first. Having said that I don’t see the UK Gov blocking a treatment when the US allow it.
