Interesting comment on Telegram group. Looks like SNG had a webinar this PM with Evercore. This is not from me. Sounds legitimate.

Lansdowne took 4285714 shares in the placement.

They have sold 2630028 as of 24/4/20.

If they were to sell all they would have 1656686 left to clear.
They should have achieved this by now.

Question is, do they continue to sell and if so who is the buyer ??

Maybe Pharma just topped up.

Careful they want you to sell. Posting articles over 10 days old and saying I sold. Why publicise the fact you have traded ?

Seeing red days is not fun I get that, but many here are making huge leaps just because the CEO has not launched an RNS on their demand.

I don’t get the impression they are struggling to fill places on the trial. I think the trial is going to plan.
I also strongly believe they want to expedite the at home trials and I think we can expect news on that soon.

As for Accord you are right we are 5 weeks ahead of it. Our name is out their. I just feel where we see other drugs as a enemy, they see them as a potential partner. If this drops further this PM I’m buying more.

Ok my thinking as Miggy hasn’t been in contact.

The Accord trial is just launching. They are using Southampton and Tom who have both been heavily involved with our trials. I think they are potentially using SNG model as best practice. Doctors and Scientists are all about success right. So I think even if we are not part of Accord (which we could be) we are running alongside it. No no we are running well ahead of it !!

Miggy that is why we need to expedite the non-hospitalised trials. This needs to be a priority and needs to be RNS’d.

Richard needs to accelerate trials into Care Homes.
Care Homes now have access to testing and are crying out for support.
We need SNG001 on trial in Care Homes yesterday. We need to push for this to start ASAP. Richard needs to RNS the details for non-hospital treatment trials ASAP.

I Have emailed him about this today.

We all know here that SNG001 works best when the patient has early signs of infection. So let’s get it out of hospitals and into Care Homes now.

We could treat but the testing to allow us to treat was slow and in short supply.
Testing is now quicker and more accessible, so our trial should now expand outside of hospitals.

To commence the AT HOME STUDY they need access to quick diagnostic tests. As per the Hospital tests taking up to 48hrs, the same issue would be with early symptom patients at home or in care homes.

We need the tests for the patient to be placed on the trial.
So with the delay in test kits and delay in time for results, this has delayed the AT Home Trial launching.

This is about to change with better and quicker tests.

I have not read this bit in the previous application. Does anyone have the original to compare the two.

Non-hospital is new to me. I am sure it want there before but want to see the comparison.

This is excellent news as it is approved. They just need to sort the logistics.

All the data I have read is SNG001 works best in the early stages of development of cold / flu, so no doubt it will be the same for Covid19.

On a different topic, it is clear someone is accumulating shares and have yet to TR1. I agree that Lands are selling their placing shares. That should be over soon.

This drug is targeting patients with Pneumonia.
So it’s unlikely to be the one being discussed today.

Just for the record, I don’t have a clue what Treatment Matt was talking about today.
The Government need to sort the Care home mess.

We know that on the COPD trial patients were given SNG001 at first sign of a cold or flu. This has to naturally build a defence.

I am getting more frustrated each day with Govt and Press for not properly looking at drugs that should work and supporting the next level of trials. Why is SNG001 not on trial in care homes today ??? Why ??

I have been emailing and direct messaging press and my MP about this.

I also emailed Richard on this. Understandably he is too busy to respond.

So there we go.
They have reduced the holding to where I think they were before the placing.

Why are you invested in this share.

If you believe in your research, the company, the data, the patents, the clinical studies.... I think you won’t be upset, even if you are down.

If you are a trader looking for the next 100%, I understand your frustrations and you might want to sell and chase other shares.

What ever your reason, your pressed buy and you can equally press sell.
