The more data we can gather before an offer is accepted the higher the purchase price.

I am not trading any shares in SNG. I believe in the company and management and SNG001.

Good time to sit back and wait and try and ignore the cross ramps and spammers.

Rahul... yes this opens up proactive treatment. So would reduce the pressure on hospitals. This is what they were trialing in the COPD trial.
As you say this would add further value to SNG001.

This is week 5 of a 8 week clinical study.

I expect the next RNS to confirm at home trials approved.

I then expect an update around week 6 on Hospital trials.

Could be wrong, we could have an offer land any day and that would force an RNS.

The longer this goes on with no news, the better it is !

The Borsalino report is dated April 9th. Old news.
The most exciting opportunity alongside the Hospital trials is the Home Trials. This could be managed through the Principle GP trials or direct with the likes of Care Homes.

The at home study will add further value.

The Richard Marsden video from when he was in Germany, was also very informative and shows the all round potential for SNG001!

I just listened to the Andrew Scott video. That has allot of data about learnings from COPD trials and he talks about the positive impact if using SNG001 on non effected high risk patients.
Synairgen are in a fantastic position given their twos years worth of learning from the Asthma and COPD trials. This data can also be used to help Build their technical folders.

The other win is the placebo trial. This adds significant weight to the trial and results.

I still don’t think most understand the history of this business and the amount of data they already have on SNG001.

IAmrich as you say, the treatment won’t work on everyone, it would be unrealistic to think that. Equally the vaccine wont work on everyone either. Close to 50 patients will now have received SNG001 and 50 the Placebo. Week 5 starts Monday. Data is now flowing daily into the business. This is now getting very interesting. Trading in and out of this will get higher risk by the day now.

Iam no not yet. There is all the drugs in the recovery trial. But no news as yet.
Just think about the at high risk home trials Richard mentioned, care homes would be the perfect environment for this trial and boy they need the help.

Having said that SNG is now moving into an RNS window itself.

Iamrich I just listened again. Richard makes it clear they want to start home based trials very quickly to treat high risk patients in the early stages of Covid19. They have data that shows this is as important as the hospital trials. He also talks about working closely with the regulators as they receive data from the hospital trials. I think had Richard put this into an RNS the price would be pushing £1 already !

I agree exciting week ahead. Week 5 of trials. I hope more patients are benefitting from SNG001 and lives are being saved.

Patents are ultra strong and not I repeat not limited to hospital treatment.

Miggy Peter John, there is some excellent research out there on Interferon Alpha and Beta.
I believe we will get an RNS on at home trials sometime next week. This combined with what seems to be positive data flow from the hospitals will create more interest in SNG001.
I admit allot of the research is way above my head. All I know is the longer the trials continue the more likely a positive outcome.

John like you my faith is in the 16 employees and +50 expert consultants working on this project. It is clear we have a spammer happy to fill the board with old news. Ignore them or report them and let’s get back to the facts.

I was wondering in your research if you have identified any studies where Interferon Beta 1a has been delivered through nose drops or other non injection methods ?

It is clear the nebuliser is a crucial tool and make a significant difference. The Synairgen patents protect this method well.

Iamrich am I correct thinking Synairgen are using a Philips nebuliser?
I also note there will be a new IMPULSE study taking place which will be coordinated through GP surgeries. This could be a perfect vehicle for the at home trials Richard mentioned last week.

Week 5 of trials start Monday. Why wouldn’t anyone here be positive / enthusiastic about a good outcome of the clinical trials: both for patients and own wallets ?

Maybe some of the experts on ACE2 here could explain more about the bespoke formulation of Interferon Beta 1a used by Synairgen and the published results on COPD and Asthma patients. They could also explain the anti inflammatory properties of Interferon Beta 1a and how this compares to Inflammatory results found in the old news report being referred to ?

Fact is the trial continues and no news is good news.

So we are starting week5 guys.
Very exciting weeks ahead.
If a AT HOME trial is launch to run alongside the Hospital trial, I can confirm this will be RNS’d.

I would imagine Synairgen are working closely with Philips to ensure they ramp up production of nebulisers alongside the increase in manufacturing of SNG001.

I have been researching ACE2 all weekend like yourself. I agree with your comments.
This has been known for some time. The team at SNG are aware of this issue. That is why they have a bespoke Interferon Beta 1a Drug manufactured bespoke for the use in nebuliser.

The foreign report showing old news has given the clearly uninvested few that spam this board some cheap shot ammunition. They have a clear agenda.

Last week’s interview with Richard says it all for me.

Why do I get the feeling some people are desperate for this share to fail ?
If SNG001 is saving lives that is wonderful news, as it could be any of us or our families or friends that could benefit.

We know SNG001 is on trial at this hospital.
We know it requires a nebuliser and dosage every 24 hours.
I am not aware of any other trials at Leicester that are using a nebuliser. I have check the docs and can’t see one.
