If I have read today right I expect to see a large buy printed later today or maybe with a 24hr delay attached. I’m talking large !!!

This share does move fast. The head wind of the placing shares will be clear soon.

The MCAP at £75m remains silly cheap, which is good, as on good news we will see a major gap up locking traders out.

I agree there is a lot of rainbow chasers.
I wouldn’t want to trade this share over the weekend.
If we do get a positive update this would gap up way beyond £1 on opening.

The selling relates to the placing shares.
An RNS could land Monday and be a TR1, collaboration approach, hospital trial update, at home trial update .... many reasons. But I doubt we will get news next week.

I promised to come back to the group having spoken to my Research Doctor friend. She was as informative as always. I will paraphrase what she said.
• Because SNG relates to Covid 19 there is a very good chance they can bypass Phase 3 and go straight into productions and sales
• If the product has big implications for COVID 19 there is a “bl**dy good chance” the regulators will allow patient usage right now. Typically this happens for cancer treatments so there is plenty of precedent and even more so now.
• As it relates to investment side, she said it may not matter as often a buyout happens at end of positive Phase 2…whether that happens in this case we don’t know
• As an aside, we briefly discussed usage outside of COVID 19 and general COPD. COPD is massively on the rise in women over the age of 30. I asked why and she said that women’s lungs develop later than men (up to the age of 24 for women) and therefore they are more at risk later in life. Apparently a lot more women smoked and do smoke than they did in previous generations. For that reason, there is a huge emphasis globally on COPD treatment.

If you have time, let’s increase the profile of SNG001 in the press this PM.

120m shares in issue. Around 50% in hands of directors and II’s.
Final few placing shares are being sold. Every sell has a buyer.
I’m expecting a TR1 very soon.

Anyone trading out of this share over the weekend is one brave investor!!

Both FDA and MHRA will accelerate the approval of SNG001 if appropriate.
The amount of data being collected at the moment is huge. The main challenge with clinicals is everyone will respond differently.

I still can’t believe the MCAP of this business is under £100m. Quite unbelievable.

I also note that placee shares are still trading hands.

When SNG001 is approved this company will be bought outright. The development of SNG001 has taken years to get to this stage. The company has been fortunate in a way to be able to expedite the final stretch.

If you have researched what drug development sells for, you will know this share price is a steal.

Having now watched yesterday’s video 4 times, the most exciting part relates to the at home trials. This will not delay the drug application to the FDA and MHRA.

So much news to flow over the next few weeks.

As you know from my posting history, I am 100% backing Richard and the team.
Although we are not making press headlines, we are creating waves at a medical level. I’m being told we have the attention of some pretty major companies that are very impressed in what has been achieved in such a short period of time. The at home trial is also creating allot of excitement and companies offering support.

I’m not expecting an RNS.
I expect MM’s want to shake more shares from the weak to fill orders, prior to the next wave.

They will struggle to control this share soon, so will do their best to block a rise short term.

MM’s are using up their placing shares to keep MCAP under £100m for a reason !!
Huge delayed sells and buys are showing and allot more after hours.

As it stands a number of RNS could land including : TR1, Meger/ Takeover, Trial Update.

This is no longer a traders share. It is now a investor share IMO.

Allot of share churn which is needed.
Allot of these shares are in sticky fingers.

Interferon Beta 1a is still a twinkle in the press eye as they continue to focus on Vaccines.

What Synairgen are doing is fantastic. Trials continue and will be expanded to at home use. They wouldn’t be doing that if the drug didn’t work !!
