Given the additional 26m shares landed less than a week ago and there are SIGNIFICANT share numbers switching hands after hours, I’m happy with how this is holding up.

MM’s will do what ever necessary to scare you into selling. They are as bad as the spammers and trolls that pop up on this board.

The one thing I am certain about is Richard and the 16 employees and 50+ consultants currently working for Synairgen is that they believe as much as I believe in the technology - SNG001!!

David I agree the worlds best are now on the case with billions of funding.
Synairgen are well placed. We have an official Government backed clinical test using Interferon Beta 1a (SNG001).
This clinical study is now in week4. Patients start treatment for 2 weeks and are monitored for a further two weeks. So by the end of this week our first patients will have fully completed the process. Note the monitoring post dosage is essential for any drug application.

The head start Synairgen has over its rivals is we are a know drug, we have data from the asthma and COPD trials as data reference and we kicked stared the clinicals at an amazing speed.

IMO the board are doing and excellent job. They have recruited the best consultants in the world to support this project. The company has scaled up overnight.

Let the sellers sell and flippers flip they don’t care in the outcome of SNG001. This is no day trade share !

Huge chunks of SNG are changing hands right now. They will be showed after 4.30pm today or after 4.30pm tomorrow.

Over the last 5 days around 10m shares have been traded after hours. As said at the time, this isn’t you and me this is the mega big guys !!

I have reached out to Richard and Andrew Scott.
Both think it’s a good idea. More when than if.

Anyone selling now doesn’t give a damn about SNG001. They are selling because they grabbed shares at 35p.
These will clear and the price will bounce back.
As for not releasing the news, research how drugs are approved by MHRA and FDA !!

That was the words of a director at Synairgen recently!

Synairgen is in a David and Goliath situation in terms of size compared to the major drug companies and their market cap reflects this. Also Synairgen was building a drug for COPD and Asthma patients. These patients will exist post Corona.

Anyone reading the tweets and some of the excellent s posts here by Miggy007, oilornothong, Manifesto and ismrich ... and others will know the world is now looking at Interferon Alpha and Interferon Beta 1a as the potential drug treatment of Corona.

SNG001 patents allow us to deliver Interferon direct to lungs. This is an effective dosage method and allot better than injection.

Let’s try and focus on the facts and the latest news rather than the spammers and trolls.

Synairgen MCAP is £73m with a potential life saving drug being tested across NHS and world.
Now let’s compare that to say, I don’t know maybe NCYT as it happens to be a topic already. Their MCAP is £284m based on a test which will be superseded by cheaper tests very soon !
In January their share price was 16p, hit a high of £4.93 and is now £4.20. I think this demonstrates nicely the significant upside available to genuine Synairgen shareholders!!’

I don’t like talking about what might be as there are to many variables.

Following a conversation, I do believe the company will be bought, rather than license deals. The value depends on if they get full MHRA approval ( Hospital and and are home). Also depends if they achieve accelerated FDA approval.

My target has been £5. However as pointed out last week, if data collection is strong and we have a multiple use drug, I can see this heading to £10+.

This is such a strange time anything is possible.

As pointed out yesterday, Synairgen team were in the US last month as well.

Many options ahead !

This share is not for day traders. Believe in the product and willing to wait ( most aim traders are not willing to wait more than 48hrs)...the share price will do the talking.

This company will not take this drug into manufacture and distribution, the company will be bought.

SNG001 is currently being used in hospitals as you know. Richard has a team trying to sort trials on high risk. As you have highlighted pump the lungs full of Interferon to build a defence against the virus. At risk of repeating myself, this trial is a huge challenge to run as it is outside of hospital (data logging would be tricky).

I hope Richard follows through with the next Andrew Scott interview as this will build awareness overnight.

The global use of Interferon has exploded, our patents allow us to deliver direct to source which is so much better (less side effects than injecting)

Don’t forget we are one of four drugs on official clinical study in the UK. The others are owned by the giants Roche ... we are in a David and Goliath situation here.

As for raising profile of SNG001, yes it would help the share price, but if press read the data “real investors in SNG” have read over the last 48hrs combined with existing research, maybe there would be less coverage on vaccines which are still months and months away and more focus on drugs that might save lives next month !!

Publicity will increase focus on Interferon drugs and yes SNG001!

I am so surprised given all the fantastic research this weekend conducted by the investors here, there is hardly any coverage on mainstream Twitter and Telegram.

If SNG001 works it will be approved by MHRA. Synairgen will also apply for accelerated FDA approval.

The management also want to trial SNG001 as a proactive drug for the high risk at home. This is stand alone, but could be used as a combination treatment trial as well.

I personally believe As soon as SNG001 is approved, the company will be taken over extremely quickly.

The priority is proving SNG001 is safe to use and collating secure data to allow quick approval.

There are teams of people (employees and consultants) working 7 days a week on various work streams, which we don’t here about. If we did I think the share price would be allot higher.

I think Richard will be on Andrew Scott either next week or the week after. This will shed further light on the above.

Interferon Beta 1a is stronger than Interferon Alpha. Out patents cover what we need and will stand solid.

Once we are approved by MHRA and FDA the company will be sold. This is too big for Synairgen. The most crucial time is now. Building sufficient data for the technical files needed to reach approval.

The more data and study, the higher the price we sell for.

As for 3rd world demand, Bill Gates is donating billions.

This weekend is just the forming of the snowball at the top of the hill. That snow ball is being set free and will become a snow planet as the weeks go on.

Press are focusing on vaccine when they should be backing SNG001. Save Lives

Firstly there have been some brilliant contributions today!
China, Cuba, Russia and others all have stories involving Interferon Beta type products.

You also need to note the clinical trials are two weeks. But as a clinical trial a patient needs to be monitored for a further two weeks at the end of treatment.

There should be no panic when people talk about vaccines, believe me if SNG001 works as a proactive and reactive drug there is plenty of space for it across the world, today, next month and next year.

Someone asked why I suggested the company would be sold. Following conversations this week, it was made clear that it SNG001 does what we think it can do, the company couldn’t handle what happens next.
It has 16 employees and around 50 consultants working for it just to handle this stage. If the company can achieve MHRA and FDA regulatory approval, I am 100% confident it will be bought out for allot more that you and I can imagine.

That is why they are so focused on the clinicals and answering every question.

If they can prove multi use of SNG001 even better. A proactive drug uses at home would be the best answer for all. Build up the defence to reduce hospital intakes.

End of day is all about saving lives. The trial has not been stopped, that is the best sign we can all have today. We don’t need an RNS to tell us things are going well, no news is truly goods news when it comes to reporting Clinicals over a period of time.

I know for sure I would like access to SNG001 today for me and my family and friends.
