The issue they have is how to control a phase 2 clinical study outside of the hospital.
They would want to dose the at risk, however they would need to perform the same high level monitoring as they have in the hospitals, otherwise the trial would be a waste of cash.

Catch 22 situation. They know it would work from previous trials but they need a phase2 to prove it. Proactive treat at home trials are a nightmare and very expensive. I believe they have a team looking at this. For the Government this would be the ultimate glory drug.

I agree some placing shares have been sold this week. That is to be expected. I think we have held up well thanks to the background buyer.

As for the American trip, I am not sure what the agenda was. However I know that the board want to have sufficient data to meet both MHRA and FDA requirements from these trials.

LP16 : exactly !! NIHR are surprised how quickly Synairgen has moved on this.
Their are four drugs in the clinical stage 2 trials. The other three are drugs from the mega companies including Roche.

We are progressing our clinical studies quicker than others. This is mainly thanks to the COPD trials, there was no delay for stock. We also completed our protocols in record time which had to be approved by the MHRA.

Synairgen now have some of the best consultants in the UK as part of this trial. There are also teams working up regulatory and manufacturing work streams.

One other thing to note which is being missed by some. Our test is currently reactive. We know and directors know this is a very good proactive drug as well.. so treat the high risk before they get sick. Build the defence !

I updated a few groups today on my findings.
I don’t like doing it on this board as you get a reaction which is so aggressive.
If you are a genuine large holder you will be using this board to post genuine thoughts and research however you will be members of other groups with more intel.

I know Richard and the 16 employees at Synairgen and 10’s of consultants working with Synairgen are excited about how the project is developing. I also know that they are too busy registering every sneeze, cough and headache experienced by patients using SNG001, to ensure it can be fast tracked through regulatory and into mass population.

As you will have heard we are way ahead of vaccines. We are potentially one step away from production.
We need the data to compete technical files so we can fast track registration in the UK and potentially abroad (outside EU).

As pointed out tonight. We know SNG001 works against various viruses, that is why the patent is written in a way to encompass disease like Covid19 and not just the flu virus.

I have hours of research as do some large holders here. Miggy Ghia and others have the same and different intel.

I would advise to research research and research more this weekend. That is why I buy when the trolls say sell !!

There are large sells and large buys.
As for my intel, as a very large investor I do my own research to mitigate against risk.
This is no share for day traders or trolls

The CEO Richard has confirmed that SNg is not big enough to take this opportunity to conclusion. We will need support or SNG will be bought outright.

These large buys could be a major snapping up the loose change in preparation for a bid. This is real and will happen if SNG001 saves lives.

Synairgen is building and verifying SNG001 so it can be sold. This is too big for SNG to go alone. FACT

The more de risked the bigger the buy price.

Lots of other shares are being pumped hard by the normal crew across social media, whilst SNG moves into week 4 of accelerated clinical trials.

Most investors don’t realise what is happening here. Every weeks of trials builds value and significant data.

This is going to get very exciting. I hear we should get an update from Richard next week or the week after. His diary is rammed. Should be Andrew Scott interview.

Save life’s with SNG001!

Richard is doing his best to keep all data locked down. This is critical for building the clinical files which will be submitted at the end of the trials. (Fast path FDA and MHRA release)

However it is recognised the more patients on the trial the harder it is to keep news from leaking.

Every patient dosed adds to the clinical data. The more data the more the value increases.
Every patient dosed saves life’s.
What about patients at risk... could SNG001 be a proactive dosage drug ? Building a natural defence ??

Think we might see a trial update land within the next 2 weeks !

They are manufacturing for the trials and ramp up for other potential tests !
They will need much deeper pockets for the launch. SNG will be taken over at this point. I give the company 3-6 months before buyout / super merger.

SNG will be preparing regulatory data, manufacturing plans, monitoring patients and exploring other ways to use SNG001 outside of the current test !!!!!!!

We are actually more nimble and quick and ahead of the other clinical trials.

AscottMatt you are so right. SNG001 is a new drug In clinical trials. The recovery trial is using existing drugs.

However as the clinical trials progress, develop and be rolled out, the more data is gathered and the quicker the drug will be approved by MHRA and FDA.

Every week that passes make this more likely a success!

An update will come sooner than the 12 weeks.

The 12 weeks seems a long time for a trader, but for an investor seeking significant returns it is very quick.
