Would it be possible that there have been a number of parties interested who have banded together for a final offer. This offer of x amount is for say, 90% with the remaining 10% for EUA to remain in situ as the contracted miner. If a conglomerate of companies such as AA, NN and Sibanye wants to share ownership, they would need an outside party, such as EUA, to mine it and they split the profits at 30% each? This would explain the length of time it took, plus the latest rns imo
