I think the fact that the directors took their pay in shares at 2.25 speaks loudly.

Which is why the asset is not priced in, effectively we are close to just valued at cash in the bank.

It looks like the seller has been cleared, anyone selling down at these levels was doing so at a loss, as it IPO at 5p and recent placing was 3p.
