Bought some $GLND.US directly as it seems to be heading north.

The following amendment has been made to the Greenland Energy Company Commences NASDAQ Trading announcement released on 27/03/2026 at 0700 under RNS No 4267Y.

The valuation for 80 Mile's retained 30% interest in Jameson has been corrected to US$148m, as opposed to U$104m.

£111M valuation vs £58Mcap. This value disconnect gap will close.

After hours trading on GLND indicates a valuation to 80M of $114M USD (£85M GBP) vs the market CAP here of £56M.

Rach - Its not too late to admit defeat, buy back what you said you sold, and enjoy the ride. +117.50% in pre-market is telling you something. 80M's share is worth around 3p.

THIS IS ONLY GOING ONE WAY.

Lights out here in 12-24 months I would say. Raising capital is getting more difficult.

Given that the official documents submitted to the SEC say "on the 25th" then this still implies the change will happen today, but after the LSE closes. I wouldn't like to be out of this overnight, as this has the potential to gap up.

My expectation is that, anyone that has access to buy NASDAQ listed stocks, will be waiting for GLND to come alive. Its my understanding that if you buy PELI, you'll get locked in and wouldn't be able to sell once GLND is activated.

I think you really hit the nail on the head. $1 Trillion worth of oil here. This is just the beginning...

I think the trade here is to see if the US market, which is notorious for running up ridiculous valuations on the NASDAQ, takes a hold of the newly formed listing "GLND", which would move 80M's share price (potentially) into multiples of what is today. This is not uncommon behaviour for NASDAQ listed stocks, which behave irratically and is very much a "different beast" compared to the LSE.

I agree with some of your points but, at this juncture, the whole argument around making Greenland a commercial success is really a debate much later down the road. Nobody really cares about that, they are here to ride the hype and have positioned accordingly. It would be nice if it goes on a nice big run here, i'd be surprised if it didnt, given all of the noise we've had around Greenland from the US administration, the tensions in the Middle East which is pushing the global oil prices up (and has no end/exit strategy in sight) and the fact that Greenland is strategically in a nice safe juristication.

In the most recent interview Larry Swets said, the oil is there, its just a matter of extracting it.

Rach - what happens when the newly listed GLND has barely any free float because holders that converted are in for the long-haul?

"LSE" do not comment on anything. Its up to the company to make a comment if they wish on the placing. However, if they proceeed, then its looking extremely likely that it will be voted down by the (new) major shareholders.

Thanks DeBull. Unsurprisingly to me, it looks lke the SP is moving up as anticipated this morning. Doesn't look like there is much stock at all on the ASK, so any buying is going to see this move up through the gears pretty quickly.
