Ddraig is correct. The ASX market rules are so much more stringent, many resulting in 'trading halt', where as on LSE you can be pretty spoofy. I have no concerns regarding the progress, just because one management team released an RNS last year doesnt mean this one will. We see this all across the markets, different styles of reporting. There is no reason why the permit wouldn't be granted - pantheon have literally just drilled on the slope. If you're worried - why not just buy in once its confirmed.

Well it wasn't at open... but perhaps is now. Tide will turn as it has each week, sellers exit and new buyers enter. As soon as the price starts moving north again everyone wants to jump in for the trade... and we will build towards the drill.

Market makers are bidding for huge amounts of stock and ask is looking thin. Think we move up on the US sessions.

This will build and end up over 2.7 today, likely the Yanks will push it up in the PM session.

They are fully funded for this drilling campaign and beyond.

I don't foresee why any bad news would land here now. The company is cashed up, so placing fears out of the window, the BLM has already published its intentions to give the green light, merely we have to wait through this formality period for public comment, as is standard procedure with many types of permits.

Guess you could be waiting a little while longer for that pullback eh Milliano ;-)

The deadline is the end of next week, so I would expect that we will see the permit approved and drilling will commence on time. As per the last RNS, the company is moving forward with mobilising the equipment etc.

The decision is to approve, however, we have to wait for the public comments period to end before the permit will be issued by the BLM.

If it gets cheaper I will buy more.... but I don't see a retracement here so close to the drill. The public comment is merely a formality, you know it and I know it.
