As someone who works in SEO, I am a little unnerved at the real estate Debt Camel takes up in the search results for queries like "amigo loan vote".

Generally ranking in the top 5 and also ranks in the "People also ask box". No doubt people will be clicking through to her website, but I also kind of think people are lazy in general and won't invest too much time trying to understand all the content including the comments section on her ranking pages.

I'm also probably more likely to trust Amigo when they say the alternative is insolvency and no compensation then some blog I've come accross.

There's no way the likes of JPM will be investing if they thought there was significant risk. And the same goes for the directors who have the inside knowledge.

Although I suspect JPM et al are also privy to information that isn't out in the public. It's just the way the world works in that regard.

Reckon we'll need two or three TR1s for that Mark. But I hope you're right!

I think we're in a unique position where we keep seeing these TR1s coming through. They really dispel nerves.

If we see another one or two of these running up into the court date. I suspect people won't scale out as much as you'd (we) expect and could in fact stop people from scaling out entirely.

@Chris and the directors wouldn't be spunking their money up the wall if they knew the court decision and voting wasn't a sure thing

I had my last top-up fill at 24p. I didn't expect the share price to power on the last week or so.

It does feel a bit like this growth isn't sustainable and there will be some retracement, but if these TR1s have really instilled a lot of confidence all around. if more keep coming then the price will keep increasing until people start to scale out just before the court date etc

@SJames The US stock market provides more opportunity than the FTSE at the moment and over the last year.

It's not as crazy as it was a few months ago, but opportunity is massive.

I'm not sure whether I will stick around for that long, to be honest. I've had success with compounding gains recently.

It's a question of what's the opportunity cost?

Like some on here, I'm hoping for a jammy dip before it really takes off; although, with the way the share price is progressing, I'll be lucky to get a dip at 17.5.

I wonder what we could see over the next 3 months after the final court decision?

I often find buy the hype, sell the news serves me well, but this one feels different. It was (still is) so downtrodden, you hope it will increase nicely and consolidate. There seems to be 3 major catalysts here, all with the potential to move the share price significantly:

- Scheme of arrangement being voted through
- Takeover
- New product launches

I'm no business analyst, but you'd hope those three catalysts could send the share price to 50p

Not trying to deramp here, but with the inside knowledge he has, he would have a good understanding if the share price is likely to increase?

Isn't it a bit of a red flag that he's selling at these prices?

If someone could explain something that I don't quite understand, that would be helpful.

@Loki you'd think (hope) that the board would have already ironed out this proposal with the FCA.

If they're in regular contact, why wouldn't they worked with the FCA on this very scheme?

@GTK so the board have personally invested thousands of pounds only to lose them for a laugh? Given what they know internally.

And they haven't worked with the FCA to iron out the scheme?

Apologies for any ignorance, but from what I've read of the scheme it seems like a good thing all round.

Ultimately, customers will be able to get more money themselves than doing it through a CMC? This also allows Amigo to draw a line under the complaints.

GJ said they're in regular (weekly?) contact with the FCA. They have a former senior FCA employee on their board. They have no doubt scoped out this scheme throuroughly and must have been discussing it with the FCA.

I just don't see how the board would publish an RNS on this and not have some confidence this will be approved given the contact they have with the FCA.

And that doesn't even taken into account the shares the board members have bought, with the inside knowledge they have. Why would they chuck away thousands of pounds if they didn't feel confident knowing what they know internally.

Am I being too naive here?

I guess strong dividends, in this case, is relative. If you hold 100k shares and the dividend payout is 0.03 per share, that's about 3k each quarter, which is a hell of a dividend for me at least,

I mean, you could interpret the sell off negatively. Naturally, I think a lot of investors are nervous. I think the only way this goes up is if they more or less have a definitive date on lending. This early Q1 stuff will continue to make people nervous. But from a boards perspective, it's better to underpromise and overdeliver than over promise and underdeliver.

So I expect open-ended comment on relending, causing the share price to drop below 9p and maybe into the 7s. My own speculative opinion...
