I lost my father almost a year ago and my Mother 3 and a half years ago. She and her sister had similar experiences with the Nuns.

I bought this stock on where it might go in the long term. Not a great deal of cash but more than I would spend down the pub on a heavy night. I thought they would have enough of the old wad stuff but I'm now sure they don't. Still i feel the fundamentals are there. I may average down with a small amount as I'm not going out NYE.

looking at the weeks chart it says the low was at 0.25 according to LSE. On HL it says 0.20.
Did you see by anychance the INTRADAY yesterday with this LOW price ?

Excuse my ignorance but I'm trying to understand the full ramifications of this .
I take that for example my 1000 shares will be worth 250 shares if I vote YES to what is asked of me.
If I vote NO then everything will carry on "as normal ".
This maybe fine if the company had sufficient cash to carry on. This NO vote may lead to the company not being able to recover sufficiently without a YES vote.
Am I any where near ?

I was led to believe that if a company had good cash in the bank then this maybe the case.
it doesn't appear to be the case here. More like a bigger company will see a great buying opportunity and screw shateholders with a ridiculous offer. It's like buying a house in a housing crash and grabbing someones house that has been sold back to the bank.
