this strong buying in france today has surprised
had not expected to see the buying coming from france

ask quote now moved up again

now moved up 8%

now back up to 6% again
looking stronger

back up to around 5% again

with the money they coming in
why not spend some of it with a buy back and reduce the number of shares
less shares to be traded
be good for share price
the less shares the stronger the share price

with the money coming in to ncyt one of the best ways to spend it in my view
for some of it to be spent on a share buy back program
like the buying starting again

share buy back my thinking be the opposite to what has been seen as the 800,000 shares have cleared

ncyt share price has dropped around 50 % over past number of weeks
although started to rise today again
my thinking share buy back has strengthened sla share price which I am a long term holder
